Back to early 90's when I was a Newbie, it's very difficult for me how to determine HS Code, and now 30 years later, it's very easy for me how to determine HS code 😂

My company requires a 10-digit US HS code, and all we can do is guide customer to US customs HS guide. I work for a 3PL brokerage, maybe thats why?

If importer and exporter have different HS code, importer's HS code will be selected for import custom clearance. Coz, import customs is more strict than export customs.
