Hello
I am watching from Uzbekistan.
Thank you for great video!
One of the best video I have ever seen
Thanks for the appreciation.
Really nice video by the way. Many people work in consulting companies, but those people that really understand their whole field fully enough to be able to explain it to others are rare, and even among those, the ones that know how to present information in a clear and useful way are even rarer.
Well done
Thank you for the appreciation.

Thank you for sharing all that information and your knowledge. I have been thinking of doing this business for a long time and attended a few courses along the way. It was really great how you presented the information and easy to understand, step by step. I have already set up a company and have been asked if I could supply products and commodities between 2 countries where I both live. I am too scared to put up a large investment for supplying their needs The idea of being a trader or a broker made me realized that this is what I should be done from the start. Thank you so much

Thank you very much for your informative video. I listened more than 5x to absorb it but happy to hear again. Good day from Vietnam. It's very helpful if you have the only training course for those who are not in USA/Canada.
Hi, Yes soon we are going to launch a program for those who want to start an export import business outside of North America. Please fill the form here so that you are updated regularly. www.cangemglobal.com/training
Bro very good explanation. Appreciate 👍🏼👍🏼
Hi!
Really enjoyed your video. It’s not very often I come across truly informative materials on RUclips.
Had a question:
Let’s say I want to open a small business in Canada that will focus on buying goods from, for example, Europe and then sell it to Africa. No import or export in Canada. Do I still need to open RM account? And if not are there any other special requirements for this type of business?
Thanks a lot!
Thanks for the appreciation ! In your case, because the export is not being initiated from Canada, you do not need RM account but the export compliance shall be applicable in the exporting country. There are a lot of other things to keep in mind. We offer a complete "export import & shipping training" program and you can see the details here: www.cangemglobal.com/training
Excellent Video please inform if you provide training as well on this
Hi, thanks for your appreciation. Please see the details of the training here: www.cangemglobal.com/training
@@Cangemglobal Many Thanks Received, will update
Thanks for this impressive video. It’s really amazing. I have a question, is it possible to do both the buying and reselling at POD while also hiding supplier name from my buyer?
Keep in mind that I want to be trader and not a broker.
Thanks
If you buy at POD, your seller is the one who does the international freight till the POD and as such they would handle the export declaration and BL. This way, they will know the importer/consignee information. You can still hide the supplier's name from the buyer but you cannot hide the buyer's (consignee's) name from the supplier unless you become the importer/consignee at the POD.
We offer a unique and thorough export import & shipping training as well. Please see the details here: www.cangemglobal.com/training

Great! Well-done! Thank you
Hi, sir. I am from Vietnam.
To clarify:
the consignee is the final buyer, right?
While the importer is simply the one receiving the goods at the import customs, whether it is the final buyer or not. right?
Hi, The "consignee" on the bill of lading would be the "importer" in international shipping scenario. There is a different term "final consignee" used for the end buyer mostly on contracts/agreements etc. In cases where the shipping is within the country only, there is no import and thus the "consignee" is automatically perceived as the end buyer or receiver of the goods.
@@Cangemglobal ah understand, thanks. So basically the consignee is simply the "receiver" of the delivery. Was just struggling a little bit with this term
Thanks 🙏🙏
In your course, do you offer how to to find clients around the world that want to import what you export?
Yes, you not only get the export, import or shipping training but also learn in detail how to find buyers and sellers and also do due diligence (background check) on them. You will also get the formats of all the export, import, shipping, trading, brokering and legal documents and agreements to use in your business. @@Cangemglobal Thank you, It says in your werbsite that after 3 months you wont have access to the training. Can I at least download all the material and videos if i want to go over stuff throughout the year or I only have 3 months to ingest the information and then it disappears ? I've emailed you guys about the training but no one has gotten back to me. Is there an email you can provide. I'm very interested.

As a trader, do I always have to buy the product from seller and resell to buyer? I there an option to not assume any costs and just get commissions after sale at POD?
Yes, a trader is an individual/entity that buys and sells to make profit. However if you want to work on commission only, you would be a broker. Watch this video at the 41:05 marker and you will learn about brokering and how to become a broker.
I have a small Award winning Rum distillery in Mexico, I’m trying to find a company to import my products from Mexico. 😊

Question about the fake NCNDA:
Does it matter if the NCNDA is not the official form?
From my legal experience, this would be the first time that a court refuses to support a claim just because somebody didn't use an official document from a specific institution.
Normally formless documents are completely fine, as long as it's clear who agreed to what.
Official documents can only have the advantage that if you file a claim, everything will go more smoothly
But if the final buyer accepts that they will not contact the supplier behind your back, and you have any kind of proof that they agreed to this, but that they violated this agreement, then it would be very surprising if a legal institution didn't support your claim just because you didn't use the official document from ICC.
But please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm just a law graduate, not a professional.
Thanks
In short, the ICC 769 E (their version of the NCNDA) is not mandatory to be used as a commission and NCND agreement for international trade. The issue is that people put logos of ICC on their own versions of NCNDAs and call it the "ICC NCNDA". Any proper agreement signed between two parties would serve the aforementioned purpose without involving ICC. The major different is that ICC's 769E entails ICC's arbitration. The other agreements should mentioned the place of litigation especially if both parties signing the agreement are from different countries.

Do you never address the crucial question: How do you choose a product to export or import?
