As do we, very satisfying on the eye as well

What were the criteria when specifying this system? My understanding of pressure accumulators, which real world experience has shown to hold true to me, is that you're really just increasing the dynamic system pressure, and thus flow rate, for a finite amount of time - during which the performance is tailing off. Because you can maintain a higher dynamic pressure than on direct mains feed at all services, you can run a higher number of outlets at the same time than before, or several at a comparitively higher flow rate. The downsides to hydraulic accumulators are (1) the finite amount of time you can sustain this, which is ever declining the moment an outlet is opened, and which shortens dramatically relative to the rate of draw-off (no. of outlets open simultaneously), and (2) the size of the vessel(s), which are considerable if you want to increase and maintain a substantially higher performance than direct feed. You can of course add several vessels to increase this time, but this has considerable space requirements and of course adds cost. I feel, for a luxury property such as this, a variable speed booster set would've been more appropriate. You would probably have the same footprint as this accumulator package, if not smaller if designed well, and a much higher performance that could be sustained. With those incoming mains figures on pressure and flow you could run a smaller break tank as the recovery rate would be very high.

Why no sharpie marks on the pipe before press fitting?

Why do you need two? Do you need one for hot and cold? Or just purely just to manaage expectations for taps and bathrooms

It is just how it was calculated by looking at the incoming pressure, cold main flow rate, number of outlets, shower heads and flow rates etc.
