They are only in their 20's, already fit, have great skin, and look young. I want to see what happens to people in their late 30's, 40's & 50's please and thank you!...
They did place an older person directly behind the younger girl....however she is an attractive blonde who looks like a for er model and she keeps nodding and smiling. Also, how many after shots oil you up?
I cut off sugar from my diet and I started losing weight I weighed 217 back in January and now I'm down to 184 my weight loss in total 32 lbs lost , I haven't touched not one cookie, pie, cake, a bowl of ice cream or donut in nearly 9 months and I feel better and I even stopped putting cream and sugar in my coffee I feel better and great that I don't feel hungry.
Yes this i well needed. Congratulations Ashley and Devin. I eat healthy i still could learn more. I love to cook and I don't eat out very often. I rather cook something myself etc. This is going to become the new normal for people that want to get and be healthier.
Today is Day 4 for me. I'm doing this not only to lose weight and improve my skin but basically my blood vessels seem to be inflamed and I suffered migraines back to back like never before. I also had to use a teeth device to keep my mouth open and to keep my jaw along with the fat around it and around my neck from dropping and blocking my airway. Sleep apnea is really uncomfortable and it also cause my brain to receive less oxygen. By Day 3 of no-sugar, I actually lost so much water that I've been retaining unnecessarily. I feel less thirsty and I hope that by losing the unnecessary water retention, my heart will not be too burden. My lower back pain has improved significantly too after losing the excess water.
@@shaynejoseph6591 so far so good. The same benefits mentioned in the above post still remain. I'm not always consistent with my no-sugar program cos old habit die hard. Recently I had a day of too much sugar like one sugary drink after another plus ice cream, buns, etc., and thar night I had sleep apnea. Then I also had migraine and neck pains in the morning the next day and I really think it's the sugars that caused the water retention and inflammation that caused the problems mentioned. So enough is enough, although sometimes I may revert to consuming sugars, I try as best that I could to avoid.
I’m sure he did change, but obviously more definition shows when you’re covered in sweat. When they keep giving you before and afters in which the environment, lighting, and physical conditions are not matched, it is sensationalist.
Changing your eating habits is ok but if the change is too extreme and your starving all the time then something is wrong. Yes some hunger is normal at first but if your really weak and starving then your body is telling your too extreme with your diet. So a gradual change is probably a better plan.
Get your bread from an actual bakery and ask which bread doesn't contain sugar. You also shouldn't eat bread and meat every day of the week as we do. That's bad.
Sugar is pure evil 👿 I eat less now before I’d always binge eat when I was stressed and I tried to get rid of the habit with intermittent fasting but I couldn’t do it. After I got rid of sugar tho it’s been easier ngl
I guess I’ll be the one to say it… The guy looks the same, maybe a little bit bigger with the oil on his body. I’m not trashing this challenge because no sugar challenge is awesome, I’m doing it now but I mean come on with the photos

When I quit sugar for 2 weeks all my symptoms across the board were better and I lost 18 lb with no excercise. No more antacids either
sorry I forgot to mention I am 53 with fibro
@@lillired857 awesome. What were your symptoms?
It’s not rocket science. The same thing will happen. The only difference is that it might happen at a slower pace.
i am doing 3 months. 5 days in its crazy, headaches, weakness, extreme hunger, unbelievable what it does to you.
I hope you kept it up! 💪
How did it go??
Sugar can be addictive so when you stop using it you can feel it I stopped for health and my heart condition I had too but be encouraged it’s not easy

OK why is is skinny people who's the demonstration? I'm just saying.. Shoe us some peop6who was fat before the challenge
How much weight do you think one can lose in 3 weeks omitting sugar?
This is more central to internal health, and wellness. Not necessarily weight loss.

Why don’t people ever do a before and after photo with the exact same clothes in the exact same background?

Does sugar reduction help fertility and the prostate?
Of course
Congrats to them A Heaven on Earth forever healings For The People Amen.
There is a ton of sugar hidden in bread!
Stop eating bread.

Baby oil and light assist that second photo
I dont think it should be completely taken out maybe just reduced to below 15-20 grams per day for individuals
Yes because they mentioned fruit
15 - 20 gram? Lmao that's enough to get diabetes.
Everytime you get a craving, grab some organic fruit. It has helped me a lot. No one told me their would be withdrawals from sugar😂 terrible
Sugar is as addictive as cocaine I read somewhere
@donsicariofx terrible headaches and no sleep for a couple of days. I'm still going strong with meat and fruit and feel great 👍
“DUDE!!”😂
Inspiring!!!
Dr. Travis, lay off thebotox. .
Look at that Samantha behind Ashley
BRO, WHAT'S WITH THE CAPTIONS?🤣
I only noticed when it said, "What do you think of your loyal subjects?"🤣🤣🤣

Don’t feature young skinny people! Feature real people! Like middle aged, overweight people!
Sugar is no good for you.
Does fruit sugar count too ? What about brown sugar ?
Seems like an infomercial. What is wrong with Dr.T’s forehead area? It looks so fake.
The young lady’s face looked less puffy…
Couldn’t you just eat erythritol, sugar free foods to help, my god.
I eat to much sugar and drink way to much sugar
It's a joke right? This Devin boy didn't know how to eat healthy before, did he? Gimme a break.
Lol the Drs face looks so stiff 😐
They look the same, sounds like a scam
