Not sure if I will use your varigated yarn or two colors of blue and green. How many stitches to start for baby blanket and how many skeins?

I’m wondering the same, do you do it in reverse? I’m starting my next row after the first cable was created, do I cris cross the same stitches as I did in the first row of cable!
The amount of rows will be different for any knitter - depending how tight you knit. 8 skeins of BeCozi Plush chenille yarn is used - ALL yarn is used, leaving about 3-4 feet to cast off.
