Today we’re taking a look at Salamangreat combos and some test hands! I hope you like todays video!

Finally someone does the correct splash mage combo. So much advantage compared to people just going for the generic raging phoenix play.

Thank you so much for showing. Me the more confusing combos I thought just Jag was a brick and I have been learning Salamangreat for about 2 months now. You have shown me reasons to play cards I thought weren't usable and ways to play cards I couldn't comprehend.

13:40 If you SS gazelle, dump Roar, then link summon Balelynx with Gazelle. The field spell let's you dump spinny to summon foxy.
While yes under testing circumstances here, it doesn't really change the combo. However in a game it CAN matter because you end up saving your normal summon.
If the opponent proves to have a hand trap, you could use the TTT to draw 2, which considering the other salads don't SS from hand aside from Wheezel, I think is worth considering for the combo line. Since even if you get nibbed, if you draw Salad of Fire, you can at least set up sunlight wolf + trap
He can also normal foxy to use its effect to gain an extra card
@@bennog9920 uncertain and it removes the foxy special summon effect
I think in this hand and considering the current format of less handtraps its better to gain ressources in your turn one. But sure not to use normal or dont use foxy effect for extending after handtraps is also an option.

For me Roar is better. When would it be better to search for Rage.

7:00 weasel doesn't activate when linked off, it needs to already be in the GY
It does since it is in the graveyard when a fusion/synchro/xyz/link salamangreat is summon
@@sambagins829 no, the card text states it needs to already be in the GY
No it weasel does activate when it is linked off. Since sending it to the graveyard is the "cost" to the inherent summon so when the link monster is summoned, it is already in the graveyard by game mechanics
