I will be in Prague in March and plan on doing some watch shopping. After you pay customs fees, have you found it worth it to buy there? are duty free shops in the airport before returning to US worth it?
Unfortunately i do not know if it works out cheaper. Prague as of recently has goods which are matching in price as other western countries. So only way to save is through tax refunds
@@NashTereza so one watch that I have my eye on sets a retail price that is the same in Europe as it is here in the states. however, if I buy in the states, you add to that price tax and shipping if ordered. If I buy in Euro, the VAT is already added in to the retail price so I'd get that back. That can be a substantial savings.
Thank you, this is very helpful :)
Fyi Albert is Dutch! great video as always cheers from Sweden!
Hi, you didn’t mention any shops for wooden toys and puppets? Please do, if possible.
