First off people need to realize that these forms of entertainment are one of the safest things to do

I am one of those who jumped straight into a big coaster right out of the gate. It made everything else look tame for a while.

Your tips are definitely helpful. Researching the coasters and learning about other coasters around the world was a VERY fun experience and was my path to becoming a coaster enthusiast! Well done! Great to see that you're an enthusiast too 🤓

For me its the idea of getting too much airtime and slipping backwards out of the train
Or going upside down with lap bars

Okay, I know that ur probably gp, but you have to understand, THATS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Also, going upside down with lap bars doesn’t feel like anything. You might not even realize ur upside down even with lap bars.

All solid pieces of advice! I am NOT a fan of people who goad others into riding something beyond their limits. However, I've certainly advised my less experienced friends to wait for me at a coaster's exit and count how many ambulances, hearses, and coroner's vehicles they see pulling up to cart off the carcasses. So far, it's a big fat ZERO on that count, and helps put into perspective how safe these wonders of science and technology truly are.

LOL I think The Racer is a pretty fun wooden coaster. That's a very good first coaster as it has a little bit of airtime here and there but not too much.
