Thank you for teaching us how to make the bear beanie. You went at the correct speed, as this is not a "learn to crochet" tutorial, if folks are not able to follow the basic stitches, there are stitch tutorials on you tube. I learned to crochet the basic stitches via you tube, then progressed to the pattern tutorials... Thanks again !
Y’all, there’s a link to the pattern in the description box. If she’s moving too fast for you, simply pause the video. If you don’t know how to do a particular stitch, find a tutorial and learn it. If your hat is too small or too big check your yarn, hook, and stitch sizes.
This was a fantastic tutorial 💕 it's easy enough to slow down the video speed for anyone who has trouble following you. I love this and I am going to make a spiral blanket for my nephew who is arriving in 5 weeks, using just the spiraling. Thank you so much!! Also, your voice is so nice and calming, you remind me of Pam from The Office💕
Can’t wait to make this as a gift for a friend! Thank you!! Also I don’t see a problem with the speed the video can be paused and this is a simple pattern to follow .
Can you use 3 light yarn because I been trying to make this hat with the patons beehive baby sport 3 light yarn but it seem like it’s coming out small I’m very much a beginner pls help😩 my baby will be here in sha Allah I’m September
I’m kind of confused, on the first ear, after you finished row 4, which is to do 1 SC in each stitch, you then say you’re starting on row 3! Can you please explain? Thank you! Waiting on your answer so I can continue with my hat!
Kym Bartley, what I did was I just continued row 4 with 1SC (I’m pretty sure it was row four, I counted) and then I crocheted two more rows of 1SC in each stitch. I wasn’t following the pattern 100% but the ear turned out fine. Hope this helped. 🤞🏻😊
I keep messing up on row three on the ears, I'm confused of the pattern when starting as 1 sc each for the first two stitches then 2 sc in the third stitch then switching the pattern to 1 sc then 2 sc in the other stitches till you reach the last two stitches to sc each of those but I keep ending with three last stitches after my last 2 sc on the 9th stitch and I recounted my last row of stitches which was 12 but it keeps turning out wrong, Someone heeeeelppp
Yarn addict aka K lo i’m trying to make one as we speak what size child did your hat fit ! I’m trying to make one for my granddaughter she is eight months old. Need help any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated thank you
This isn’t a learn to Crochet video! You need to know basic stitches before watching this! If you know that then it wouldn’t be too fast for you! She also only speeds up after showing multiple times how to do something!
This is definitely not for beginners. It was tricky to follow as you're explanations do not match what you are doing sometimes. You also have clips that probably should've been cut out: when you are doing the ears, on row three, once you're done with row three you seem unsure as you recount the stitches, then it skips to a new clip that starts row three over. I was able to follow it because I am experienced, but I can see why some people in the comments are getting stuck. Just make sure you re-watch your video before you post it :)
@@rosettasmith6258 It says tutorial, doesn't mention skill level required except to say a "basic beanie with ears" in the description box, and slowing down the first few stitches for people of any skill level to follow it, would have been extremely helpful. Stop combing through year old comments in an attempt to seek some type of validation 🤦♀️
i agree. i’m not new to crochet, but i’m not good enough to go this fast yet. i don’t really care if it’s not a “learn how to crochet” video, if you’re gonna show a broad audience how to do something, make sure you’re going at a pace *everyone* can understand. i’m not bitching, just saying!! very cute pattern nonetheless and can’t wait to make this hat for my nephew.

Love the pattern. Making preemie size. When I get to Rnd 12-14 do I join or keep going after each Rnd? Not sure where I should join.
Thank you so much for the pattern! Making this as a gift for my friend. I love it 😀
Great pattern!!! 💕💕Cute hat!! Had a little trouble with the ears though. But I got them to work !💕💕
I love this pattern. Thank you for sharing. 🥰
I was a bit confused with the ears, but I got third time lucky, and the hat is truly adorable! Beautiful! 💕💕

I’m new to crocheting so I had trouble following, but the written instructions came in handy & it turned out super cute! Thanks!

Hi.. I want to make this for a 1 year old, how to increase the size ?

My hat looks like a beret. I don’t know what I did wrong. Help!!

You can use a bigger hook size.
This turned out really cute, I made 2!

Yarn addict aka K lo Oh thank you so much I will just have to keep increasing to get the correct size👍
What size is this please?
She said a newborn
What size baby is this for?
What's the length of the hat wish you would measure it in the video
My hat looked more like a bottle cap. It never curled enough.
You are not very clear on your instructions. Do you have them printed?
You go way tooooo fast 😒
You can use the playback speed option, it’s very useful for any instructional video.

A little fast and slower explaining of how to do stitch would of been good 💚

She is human! Everyone experienced or not has to recount stitches!
Is this a Marathon ?? I do crochet for years , but I couldn’t to follow your pattern. No like from me 😐

You stitch way too fast for people with to follow easily. I had to stop and rewind multiple times to see what you were doing. Very cute hat though!

If you do a tutorial you may want to do a couple stitches slow enough for people to follow. Super frustraited with video.

Way too fast. I slowed the video, and I've been chroceting for years off and on. I love the hat, but I'm not running a race with anyone. Sorry.
omg get over yourself. like you said you were able to slow down the video so what you bitching about
