For years, my team and I have noticed an ominous phenomenon.
It looks something like this.
Our client comes to us desperate to get their exes back.
They try and fail
They then decide to give up
That’s when the ex comes back.
Only when they’ve fully detached it seems that’s when they come back.
Why?
Well, that’s what we’re going to figure out today.

It’s been 4 months. I let go of my ex. I’m not crying over him. My ex hasn’t contacted me. If my ex contacts me I will be surprised. If my ex doesn’t I don’t care. I been working on my self. I’m better with out my ex. I only wish I left my ex sooner. Good bye to bad rubbish.

What a secure person understands is walking away.
I’m struggling to find videos about break ups when it’s a complicated situation, for example, my ex is from Afghanistan and came from a different life and he had to hide me from his family because they had different views and would disown him, and he’s not ready to up and move away, both mentally, financially and so forth. He can’t abandon his family, sure some say he could but it’s never that simple. But I have a hard time finding videos about complex situations like that. Interracial relationships and their families. Also it’s been 9 months since the break up and I’m still convinced he’s the one, and I’ll never know what was real or not until I know. He always told me he will die single unless he gets me one day when his family becomes open minded or god takes them, but until then, who knows… I think of him every single day and I do hope there’s a future for us and that it’s real like he always told me, and how I feel it is. 💭

I wonder how many people (secure - or anxious who worked on themselves and didn't show anxious attachment patterns) have been able to make their avoidant ex work on themselves and change their behaviours and apologise... as a deal for going back in a relationship with them?

Same position here.. I don’t use social media as I deleted it to focus on US. But we’re done. She still has hers cuz we shared it, but I’m all alone with nothing and no one.

Mine too! I told him to delete it and he says no he’s not me.
Same with my break up as well! Been three weeks. No contact yet.
