Loving Father and Victim of Slander and Libel FILES DEFAMATION LAWSUIT AGAINST the Mother of His Son

Today it is my son’s 6th birthday. I would like to wish him a very happy birthday, and give him the preaents I got for him. I actually have two years of Christmas and Birthday presents saved for my son, whom I haven’t seen in nearly 18 grueling months. Why haven’t I seen my son you ask? Because his mother Jennifer Rae Bailey, founder of the Holistic Festival of Life in Plano.. has made seriously damaging false allegations about me. She claimed that I “did sexual things with my son”, that I “abused him and her”, that I “called in a terrorist threat to the Plano Event Center”, and that I am “violent and dangerous” amongst several dozen other things. I have been beaten, battered, and abused by this woman so badly, that I nearly died from this situation. But I am strong and I love my son and myself so much, that I am doing something about this.
Today on my son’s birthday, I just filed a 20 page Defamation Lawsuit against Jennifer Bailey in Denton County. If you are a witness to what Jennifer has said about me, or a witness of the pain and suffering I have been through, I will be calling upon you to testify for me.
