I disagree with you about vaccines, but I think we might agree that 567 has never cared about the health and safety of anyone in 241/308. I don't think this policy has anything to do with fighting the pandemic. In 2020 they were writing operators up for wearing masks. They're doing this to fire workers so they don't have to pay out pensions. They're planning on bringing in an entirely part-time workforce, and this is their express lane to get there. I wish you the best of luck in your next endeavor, brother. The way you handled this was very smart. If they fire you, you have the basis for a lawsuit.
I just started my job as a bus operator for CTA and i support your decision. I took the vaccine but i don't feel like no one should be forced to take it and companies shouldn't do that to their workers because germs would continue to spread all over no matter what. Thank you for your service Lamar.

Some of these companies along with their union leaders agreed with defunding the police, supported racial biased groups like BLM and ultimately these vaccine mandates and were probably paid handsomely to do so and to only see their employees as a payday. Thank you for standing up to their wickedness and fighting for your own right to choose. Because once you relinquish that…it’s gone forever! May you be blessed with all your endeavors going forward because that’s very sad and egregious of them to force anyone to inject themselves with something or else lose their job. Kudos to you!

My cousin a strong black man 38 yrs old, and like yourself never been sick, healthy and like yourself chose not to be vaccinated. Well now he’s been infected with the virus and it has attacked his respiratory system. And now he’s been in the hospital for the last 3 weeks and still fighting to get back healthy. He said the exact same things you’ve said in your video. He’s a police officer. Now I don’t think it’s evil to mandate a vaccination to be able to continue work. Because you don’t agree with their policies old as well as new doesn’t mean it’s a sin for them to have to repent for. Every company has rules policies and mandates you have to follow. Cta is funded by federal monies they have to follow federal guidelines. I know you said it’s illegal as well. I didn’t know it’s illegal Now this is solely my opinion and belief. I was vaccinated and I’ve had my booster. My uncle died in 2020 from covid. My dad is fighting for his life as I’m typing this and no one can be with him or even see him. He too wasn’t vaccinated. There are pros and cons in everything! I know ppl probably will see this and say she’s a sheep she’s a boot licker and so on and so forth but I’m not. I choose to see this particular situation differently. Only bcus I’ve had a different experience with it. I will say this Yes God Is A Keeper A Healer And He’s Got All Power. But God also gives us wisdom and with every sickness illness disease Etc God provided wisdom to doctors scientists biologists to come up with vaccines to be able to sustain life. Can someone answer a question for me please!? I have the final reminder to submit for my clp and receipt. I did after a week or so that I received that email. Because I was waiting for my license to come in the mail and take the test. I did and passed and submitted what they wanted it been a month now and I’m losing faith but hoping they contact me back. Anybody else been in this situation or can give me info on what they think? God bless you appreciate ur time and input have a blessed day💜
I’ll try to help. The hiring process took about 6 months for me. After the clp is submitted i would be patient. It could take 4-6 weeks to hear about the next step.

I am glade someone exposed what is happining in the cta i didnt what to take the shot but was too close to retirement. I have since retired feel the same we were forced to take the shot or loose employment i hope this reach the courts of highest level management board members are wrong
It’s an experimental shot and that’s the issue because it failed all of the challenge studies. You’ll soon find out like my wife is finding out and is now asking me for natural supplements to increase her stamina after getting two shots and a booster. Don’t mock the man for taking a stand.

He may even be strong enough to help carry some caskets out of the church and into the hearse. Just watch and see! By the way, I did take the COVID-19 vaccine.

Lamar is they still doing the mandates for the Cta bus driver I was called in for an interview. A bus driver told me they were not mandated anymore. I choose me and not the vaccine. I will not take the job if I have to be vaccinated.

Operator I too am a cta bus operator of 9yrs and about to lose my job as well because I refuse to take the vaccine.

My cousin lost his CTA bus job for 7 years because he didn't want to take the jab. I regret taking the jab years ago.
