If you just have a class A and no passenger endorsement added, yes you still have to take the exam with those who don’t have a cdl at all. Passenger is the only endorsement you have to go to school to get. Any other endorsement you can just go to the cdl facility and add there.

Yes
No you just have to go thru the process w/your class. So this wouldn't apply to you.
