How to Fix a Hair Blow Dryer turning off and on

Trying to fix hair blow dryer that sounds loud noisy and turns on and off, I found 2 problems follow these steps to fix this common issue.

Noticed on the video the other side of the hair dryer was not snap together i see white housing showing under the cover wanted to help point his out.

You didn’t clean the exhaust fan cover of the collected dust. Why would you use hot glue in that area that generates heat?

U Might need security screw bit, take a pic of screws and check home depot for that bit.

The reset button has nothing to do with overheating, only ground faults.

How do you fix the rest button if it doesn't push in and stay?

The rest button it's supposed to stay, when you push the yellow test button you should definitely hear a click though.
