One could argue this is how the whole series should've started: Picard needs help with the Soji situation, and Riker his ever loyal former first officer, would naturally offer to help. Episode 1.
@@RicoImp3 oh I get that. But even his sons death was a bit of a story punch. Hi son as they stated could only be saved by some poistronic infusion which wasn’t available. They could of just said he died in battle or that he was killed on an away team. But no, the writers had to tie it to the Android plot
@Matthew Pittard I believe their son was barely 18 when he died. And he'd been battling his illness for a while. Couldn't be in Starfleet. That's why they were desperate for a cure and went to that planet. The Rikers were there to give Picard a lesson in how to relate to teens.
Well he was a Second Officer for an abnormally long time. Remember Best of Both Worlds? That and the whole Pegasus situation probably kept him from being anything higher than a captaincy.
"Nobody wants the fat ones"
😂 lady every single person on the planet is gonna probably want one after the finale.
Jonathan Frakes has been awesome this season. He’s Will Riker. ❤

They actually used an eagle moss model😂
Someone had to buy up the surplus stock after Eaglemoss folded 🤣
Humph, Sovereign class fans, they have no respect for a ship with curves.

Anyone know the name of the second blues song in this scene?
Oh yeah
Its always depressed me a little that Riker never made Admiral
He went into the Reserve to spend time with his family. And to try to save his son.
@@RicoImp3 and now what.. given this clip, his family is tired of him? They have a fight? meeh.
