I rode through heavy rain like this on my very 1st ride. It was pretty nerve-racking yet really soothing at the same time! Weird
Only rain riders would understand. 👍🏼
Still riding your motorcycle, thats awesome man. Weather is what it is. Equipped with the right gear rain riding is okay, wish I wasn't exhausted and I'd definitely go for a spin right now. Just finished raining

I've never gotten off the bike and wish I didn't ride...sometimes while riding tho. LOL
No way, I love riding and I'll even ride in rain, but when there's a real downpour and you have to ride it's not fun at all.

I love rain rides.
It's when the rain is falling so hard you can't see that buga me most. I have never tried a Rain X type polish on the helmet's shield....perhaps I need to try.
make sure you get the stuff for plastic... and it doesn't last long.. kinda IMO, needs to be applied right before rain.... which sucks
Do you have to put anything over the air cleaner when riding in the rain?
Yup it is hard to ride in those conditions.

Done it all more than I want to. I'm glad that this year so far it was during cooler weather and had waterproof jacket don't care so much for waterproof pants. WHERE ARE YOU GUYS, MISS YA!!! HOWEVER, THE ONLY THING I WONT RIDE IN IS LIGHTNING! LAST YR COMING FROM AND TO STURGIS I DIDNT ENCOUNTER RAIN FROM MOBILE, AL TO STURGIS AND BACK TILL I GOT TO HATTIESBURG, MS (HOUR AND HALF FROM HOME). THE WORST DOWNPOUR I'VE RIDDEN IN TO DATE. SHIT WAS RAINING SO HARD CARS SLOWED TO 40 MPH AS I ROLLED BY DOING 60MPH NO SWEAT...HAHA! YES, A FULL FACE HELMET IS A MUST WITH A PINLOCK!

Poured enough water out of my boots over the years o drown a fish. It happens. Not fun at all.
