Awesome Video!!! I love Tim's stuff. I did a video when he gave me a mini tour of his shop. Love how you showed this feature. Just an FYI...that feature of keeping the screen on is already on the 23.5+'s models. I always keep the music going when I come to a pump to fill up exactly like you displayed. I had mine bone stock when I first started using this feature. No bypass installed. I use this feature all the time since day 2 of owning my bike with everything bone stock.
Yeah I actually watched that video. He’s a great guy. Had a chance to meet him in Laconia. I actually just found out about the CVO’s which have that sensor from the factory (pretty cool). Also found out this works on the non CVO bikes even without a Kickstand Sensor / Bypass installed. I’m gonna start using it myself now that I know about it.
@@VTG63 so for the non-CVO bikes or bikes that have Tim’s Kickstand Bypass installed you do not need to out the kickstand down (in this video mine is up) but for bikes with the P&A Harley bypass sensor the easiest way to do this same thing is by putting the kickstand down. You might be able to follow the steps I did and get it to do the same thing but I haven’t tested.
You DO NOT need the Tim's Cable for this to work... This works on a perfectly stock 2024 bike. I don't have the cable and I do this Every time I get gas. This will work on ALL 2024 Road/Street Glides.
If you read the video description I’ve updated it to reflect this. When I made the video this wasn’t know and this isn’t something that’s been shared on the groups that I’ve seen to begin with.
I rewatched the video and it does not look like it shut off. I don’t know if it’s a timed thing or if it’ll just always stay on. Unfortunately can’t check it now as I’m at work so can look Sunday.
Great catch!
It took me forever to figure that out.
I was told how to do it by Tim from Tim’s stereo systems and made a video based off his info. Nice little trick.
@@hdryderct absolutely. Knowledge is great to share.

@@hdryderct Thks for sharing, will this work if the bike is in natural without the kickstand bypass?

@@hdryderct Sorry, I didn't mean for that to come across aggressive. I was just pointing out the ability to run it without the cable.
@@lifebehindbars68 You’re good. My apologies my response was pretty dickish.
i couldn't tell. Did the headlight turn off during this operation? Thanks!
