It was worn like that because you didn't use a gauge to adjust the valves to much play in the first place . It will keep during that or you will end up with a bent rod.

This is the first time changing the plate valve. What actually cause the broken plate valve was shortage of oil. Enough oil is not getting to the valve.. so their is probability it got torn.

my question is,does the bolt holding the plate and the pin pushing the valve has timing(i mean does it have settings?)
