Dude was UFC champ in two divisions, made $100 million boxing Floyd, made another 2-300 million selling off his liquor company, did more than anyone else as far as getting more eyes on the sport of MMA. I was never the biggest fan but leave the dude alone. Worth hundreds of millions and doesn’t want to get punched in the face for our entertainment, I don’t blame him 🤷🏽‍♂️

“Downfall” lmao feels like some people really thought he was going to be a double champion until he retired at 90 years old. He made hundreds of millions of dollars and now he’s just out living life. He clearly wants to fight again, but injuries and age aren’t helping. This is pretty standard for professional fighters, man.

I couldn't feel less sorry for Conor M. if I tried. I feel sorry for his family. Most of us don't have great fighting talent which has yielded us generational wealth. This guy has beautiful children and a seemingly nice fiancé. In other words, Conor has everything a man could dream of and he's throwing it away. I don't see how anyone could condone his ridiculous behavior. He's not a bachelor in his 20s. Conor is 36 years old with four children and probably more on the way. He's partnered in sharing his children with a woman who is probably doing everything so that their kids don't see or hear about their degenerate father. For Conor, you can take the man out of the fight game but you can't take the fight game out of a man. He's still violent and he appears very much on thin ice with his mental health. I don't like Conor but I wish him the best and I hope he gets the help he clearly needs.

to people really not understand that most of these fighters are not doing this because they have some inherent love for this sport or passion because they can make money doing it...? If you had $100 in your bank account, would you want to get punched in the face every day just a train to fight someone to make $20,000 paycheck?? Hell, no of course not. You might not like Connor McGregor I think he's a very smart person, but he's not an idiot... And he made the same human choice that literally everyone makes look at any NFL player NBA player anybody that gets these big contracts this almost always happens to a certain extent. He seems to have taken it further than others, but still, this is an an incredibly human natural response to making so much money.... There's no shocker mystery here and if you actually looked at this guy and career objectively, he did exactly what you should've done... Make as much money as possible as possible and get the hell out and never come back🤣
