    I've used resistance bands for a few years and they're a great way to add variety to workouts. I recently got some wooden hook type handles that I now use with them. They make all the movements feel a lot more solid and precise. Simple but effective

    Decent explanation of exercises starting with the Chest and Back Push and Pull then I'd continue Push and Pull with Triceps then Biceps giving rest to the previous muscle groups but then it probably doesn't make much difference overall

    Good workout: I only have one set, so the shoulder exercise isn’t really possible. Unless you could perhaps do it from a seated position? What do you think to doing Bulgarian split squats with the bands?

      You can do the shoulder press one side at a time if you've only got on band. Bulgarian split squats are very good.

      @@LivingWellTVI’ve had a go at the workout with some adaptations: I used a thicker band for the bicep exercise as a single loop anchored under the feet, the triceps one by holding the other arm horizontal behind my back and incorporated some Bulgarian squats as well as regular ones. Keep up the good work and will you be doing a no-equipment workout at any time? Thanks.
