This song makes me feel like crying, but it makes me happy at the same time. Periphery can really mess with your emotions.
I will never forget being in my mid 20's, pretty burned out on heavier music, wanting something that was a blend of prog and metal that I had loved prior. Then I saw a random video with Misha playing guitar riffs and I was blown away by those demos he was making. I instantly began digging and finding Periphery and was hooked...it really did draw me back into the metal scene, thanks.
Love how they are all just having a blast. Great to see bands that make heavy, interesting, and innovative music but don't take everything so seriously. Gotta enjoy yourself while you can! :D

technically, he still is in the band. But he doesn't wanna do live shows as he's focusing on producing music (in england, i believe).
I think Nolly was filming actually. Hence him not being in the video. So talented that he's directing now.

Periphery by far are one of the pioneers of Progressive music. It's so easy to identify their sound, it is like no other. A through professional cohesive unit which kicks ass with each release! \m/ \m/

Periphery is in no way, shape, or form pioneers of progressive music. Progressive music has been around before the members were born, and that music had pioneers.
Just because they didnt get there first doesn't mean that they can't explore it further!
They definitely helped make modern prog metal more easily accessible.

Orvius SoundLab Dude, I fucking love vids like this. One's like the vid in Scarlet are fun and appreciated. Sometimes necessary to make us laugh and provide comic relief, etc. But vids like this capture the raw emotion that drove me to be an artist and seek nourishment through other artists. I discovered Periphery because of this. And it makes me want to contribute even more. Keep it going gentlemen
