Mashed Potato Cakes

Hey guys! Let's add another recipe to our recipe box! This one is quick and easy and sure to become a staple in your home. Enjoy🥰
Here's what you'll need:
2 cups of cold mashed potatoes
1egg
1/4c all purpose flour
1/4c of onions (optional: and you can add other things i.e. cheese, bacon bits, ham, veggies, etc.)
Oil for frying
Seasonings and toppings of choice
NOTE: place potato cakes on wire rack to keep crispy until you're ready to serve😋
