Each swatch of floor, ceiling and wallpaper all count as as items too. You could do 7-70 (smallest number possible for a functional kitchen), 10-100 or have a few different ranges for different sized rooms to keep it interesting and possible 😂 either way, I want to find out how much the clutter queens can clutter

challenge idea! building a house but you spin a wheel to decide what every room will be. so you build the shell and put kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, etc. on the wheel. i think it would be so funny! (commenting again bc i think you’d really like it)

Orange townhouse for spooky season?
The fact that only the living room and bedroom and lights is sending me. Y’all even had extra time with the bathroom and could’ve added a ceiling light.
Concept: building a world but *every lot is inspired by a different Pokémon type.* It would be fun new series once you’re done with your rainbow townhouses!
It would be so fun to watch you guys redesigning Willow Creek or Oasys Springs (21 lots so you guys could make extra buildings like a Pokémon centre, a Pokémart, a Pokémon daycare etc) or maybe a smaller world where you do a four story elite 4 with each one being a different type etc.

OMG, you have no clue how loud I started screaming "LIGHT SWITCH" during the bathroom build.
A cute challenge would be to go back in and refine this build. You can't delete anything or change swatches, but you can move things around and only add like 2-5 more items per room!

Why not do a fix-it? Basically just fix past builds that you aren't satisfied with as like a past and present thing? To show/see your growth/look at designs trends you really liked from before in contrast to now? It sounds fun :)

Like it or not, I’m a big fan of the timed challenges! Consider giving yourself one last spin after completing all the rooms, getting a random time for last alterations for the whole build!
Definitely going to try this when I'm blocked!! I've also been doing the colour in challenge in my regular builds, too! It's so freeing!

Wait what about a revisiting series? You guys made over the "ugliest house" in the gallery before, go to your timed challenges, place the house, then place it again next door and update it to what it would have been if you had more time, if your style preferences have changed, if you didn't have to meet the original challenges parameters, just using the old ones as bones? Or even like, as the catalog expands through kits updating with better things for the style that weren't in the catalog or game at the time+
