There are so many, actually way to many new fragrance houses these days. I just can't get ot them all Daver. I do like how this house, Matiere, gives you a chance to sample them though. Thanks for the upoad.
I may agree that they are not the most original scents but they are done well. All of them are very long lasting and very "pure" (good quality of prime materials.) I love encens suave too (the Merchant of Venice actually made priorly a sweet incense fragrance named Mystic Incense, but it is not as deep and powerful ), but my favorite so far is probably the saffron one. In terms of originality, French flower and Parisian musc are probably the more unique scent of the line... Anyway, If you like good quality ingredients, simple, elegant, straight to the point niche fragrances, this brand is for you. If you want complex, controversial, or intoxicating scents, skip it...
I have not tried anything in the line, but I have to say that The Encens fragrance is the one that I want to try the most. Thanks for the video, Mr. Daver and congratulations on hitting 50K in subs!!! I think reviewers like yourself deserve it.
Great video! Love the speed and that you get right to the point. Don’t agree that it is a copy-paste-line. I find the sandalwood one gourmandish and different, the incense one is really different from others like you said etc.
Been seeing this line advertised a lot, everywhere! You've given me a good leaping-off point with your top three; I think I'll seek those out first for sampling. I love a good incense scent!
Many company nowadays copy eachother . I smell try a fragrance if i like it i buy it do not care so much about what company it is from 😊Very happy to see you man 😊

I absolutely love almost all of the fragrances from Matiere Premiere ❤ I find the fragrances to be so well blended with super high quality ingredients. My husband and I both wore Falcon Leather (one of our favorites which leans more masculine but I was still able to pull it off) and received so many compliments during our visit to NYC. I also adore Crystal Saffron (I get a fresh suede incense vibe), Santal Astral, Encens Suave and Cologne Cedrat. I am looking forward to buying Vanilla Powder and I so don't need more fragrances 😂 but I am pretty addicted to Matiere Premiere fragrances.🩷
im debating between falcon leather and crystal saffron. I like frags like ombre nomad, ombre leather, grand soir. Is the incense in CS a dense and dry smell?
@@kanishkamarasinghe9354 My non-expert opinion is that the incense is CS is on the dryer side and to me smells like a new Hermes suede jacket. FL is smokier & sweeter due to the very prominent leather, amber & spice notes. Both CS & FL are super beast mode so way beyond ombre nomad, ombre leather and grand soir which I also adore. I also find CS easier to wear in the warmer months so something to consider. Hope this helps.

Can you recomand any alternative to bois d'ébène? I've got a sample and a love it. But it's really expensive for me.
I’ve tried the whole line, the only one which was different to me is “Parisian Musk”, you should try it Daver.
If you liked Encens Suave you have to try Laboratorio Olfattivo Vanagloria by Ropion. Im obsessed ! Best incense ever
