In this video I want to share with you my impressions on Matiere Premiere fragrances.
Matiere Premiere is a fairly recent niche French brand, founded by Aurelien Guichard in 2019.
Although recent, this brand has already a lot of fantastic fragrances!

I wore Cologne Cedrat the other day and went for a walk and was attracting bees! They went right for the spot where I sprayed the fragrance. So although I had to run across the street, it made me respect the quality of the juice 😂

Love Matiere Premier and had to watch this video when I saw the title. I agree with you on Radical Rose and Encens Suave both were love at first sniff for me. I have never heard of the house before but loved the look of the bottles as I browsed in Selfridges so I decided to try the fragrance and boy I am i happy!

Santal Austral is my favorite one, I could wear everyday, I get si many compliments. I'm ADDICTED!! 💓
Hey! Thank you for the video! Already sampled all their line, excluding Falcon Leather. Really interested in that one too! 😁 My favourites are Encens Suave and Radical Rose! Parisian Musc also tickled my fancy (love fig scents), but the experience was pretty different in different days... Temperature? Weather? I'm still trying to figure than one out! Lool The other fragrances are nice enough, but didn't impress me as much as those three. Great house and perfumer! 🤗
Edit: btw, they sell the 1.5mL samples on their site for 5€ each, so you can get them all as a discovery set for much less than the initial 6mL sample set that goes for 150€. They also return 15€ to discount on a future purchase. Oh wow... I just made a sales pitch without noticing... Loool Well, it may be of interest for people that get curious after watching this video! 😁

Excellent video! Really like the house so far, especially Radical Rose and Santal Austral. Given the intensity of their scents it’s quite a shame they only have tiny 6ml or huge 100ml bottles and nothing in between. Would love to see 50ml.
I have been dying to try Encens Suave. Sounds like I could bb it! Because you aren’t the first person I have heard rave about it:-)
I have them all. My favorite is Bois d"Ebene!
My top pick is Parisian Musc. I have that one at home in a full 100 ml bottle. My other at-home scent which is a brand owned by the same distributor in the U.S. is Floris of London (Honey Oud).
For the Matiere Premeire brand, my equal 2nd choices which I would say is still quite close to first pick are Santal Austral, Crystal Saffron, and Encens Suave and I would have no issue if Parisian Musc was not available and any of the three were available as an alternative. The four mentioned are scents that work very well with my chemistry, and I could wear anywhere and anytime of the year.
I definitely like the other MP scents and there's something for everyone if I wanted to buy for myself or give as a gift.
Falcon leather is also a masterpiece. Just like Radical Rose and Encens Suave.
I have tried Encens Suave, Santal Austral and Bois d'Ebene. All three are nice. My favorite is Encens Sauve, followed by Santal Austral and them Bois d'Ebene. I am wanting to get a sample of Falcon Leather. It looks like it would be one that I would like very much.

27:30 I just checked their website, you can actually order a custom sample set with 1.5 ml samples for 5€ each. Maybe this is new, depending on when you shot the video that may not have been available yet.

Encense s is a white natural clean incense. And all have sweet natural DNA and good longevity.
Not as good as Police fragrances.
