- the first ever house is now built in my new bloxburg summer beach town boardwalk! this time it's a modern with hints of tropical in it I guess, maybe it's entirely tropical! I actually am liking how it turns out in the end

What is Roblox?
ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. It’s unique in that practically everything on ROBLOX is designed and constructed by members of the community. ROBLOX is designed for 8 to 18 year olds, Roblox is Kid friendly.PG, Family Friendly + No Swearing but it is open to people of all ages. Each player starts by choosing an avatar and giving it an identity. They can then explore ROBLOX - interacting with others by chatting, playing games, or collaborating on creative projects. Each player is also given their own piece of undeveloped real estate along with a virtual toolbox with which to design and build anything.

tip for the town : to make the houses more “tropical” or “beachy” try to avoid red colors and more tropical colors! like light blues, oranges, gold, and even green :)
Plants have green leaves, some trashbins are blue and green.
Ye maybe you could also do like a light blue and green surfboard shop or like floaties!!!

Tip: instead of using paths as a outline use place markers from the fence category. It will make the build easier and more clean to build.🙂

Here are some ideas for the beach town:
1)NAME: Bread bay +boardwalk or something relating to bread like baguette or bagel
2) SHOPS:
Souvenir stand, boat rental, seafood place, post card stand or something like that
IDEA 3: you could have a littl bit of beach so that that you can put sand castles and relaxing chair just to add a bit of colour and landscape befor ths water :D

Here’s a tip for making pathways I use the plain short fence and I make a path I wanna have and then I connect the floor to the corner of it and then I delete the fence :) love your videos I watch them all the time 💕 ( sorry if it sounds confuse but it helps a lot lmao )
Challenge idea for when you’re done or need a break from the town: you can only use 1 color and material per item. Example: all the windows would have to be different colors, you can use the same material or color on different items like a window and a door can match, but you can’t have 2 couches be the same color and material! (Sorry if it’s confusing) you can also change anything about it, it’s just an idea!

I don’t know if someone suggested this already, but for the boardwalk you could use a roof to make it above ground a bit
i grew up in a tropical place, and your entrance for some reasons reminds me so much of it! the random mountain with a waterfall, the palm trees, and the road in general! this is very nostalgic for me! it looks great btw

Maybe you can add some vines and more plants to the house Peetah, just gives it a more tropical vibe. For the kid's bedroom for the closet you can remove the door and maybe add a curtain so it's more accessible. It's going great either ways ☺️
Small suggestion, but I think the trees around the town would look a lot nicer if they weren't all the same bright green color. You'd be surprised how just mixing it up a little will make the town fell 10x more realistic. ;)

5:26 the house looks great! I've always wanted to build a town or CITYYY in Roville but every time I try I just look at the money I have left and how much more I have to work and I get really lazy and start to wish I never thought about doing it then I just delete the build like 15 mins in the build!! UGHHH I hate that I do that.

I love how much effort and love you put into your videos! Love the town so far and i can't wait to see the final result! Pro tip: you probably already know this but for the beach town i think if you would colour the palm trees in different shades of green it would be a great touch!
You could maybe add a mounting a small one from roofs to the top right and add like a diving area or a rope those things where you hang on and let go

Hey peetah! A suggestion for your next big build is to use the short plain fence (I think that’s what it’s called) instead of the paths for the layout!
Also some name suggestions are Bread bay or bagel bay.

Also as someone who’s been born and raised in Hawaii, our boardwalks have a bunch of restaurants/clothing shops right across from the beach or park. :)

Here’s a tip if round for roads, So I basically outlined the shape of the road I want with walls and then I grab the floor like the texture of the floor or whatever you wanna call it and I press the place down but I don’t press the checkmark yet and then I go back delete all the walls and then I press checkmark on the floor any money on walls and I just have a clean floor

Hi peetah! Love the video! Once you finish the bread beach, you could do a role play where you and your kids go to the beach. You could even load a hotel in front of the beach and that’s where you and your kids stay!

literally you posted right as i’m watching all of your other videos ✌️ love you peetah! just a recommendation i saw on a boardwalk i was on, add lightpost. makes it bEaChY in my opinion! 😎
Video idea:
1-Put different styles on a wheel and each room has to be the style you land on
2-After doing that, spin the wheel of colour schemes/palet and that colour scheme/palet will have to be in one room that you can choose!And keep doing that over and over for all the rooms.
RULE:
You cannot change the style/colour after finishing the room and cannot switch them!
i really love the style of this house and the rest of the scenery so far!!! it’s kind of a different style from what you’ve done before and i think it looks great!

Hi Peetah! Looking forward to the next shop/house. Today is Day 3 of asking for a hotel building on that plot next to the beach it's self. Usually hotels are all over the place right next to the beach, so people can see the amazing view of the water!
