- so with the bloxburg beach town about halfway complete now, i thought i'd do another final planning video for the rest of the builds here! i even start the gardening and antique shops as well as a place for the bathrooms and showers. to put a hotel here still i wonder, and what will be in the deciding plot. so much.

DECIDING PLOT IDEA: Underground sightseeing view of the "ocean"
basically once you put the water, just go to basements and put walls then of course windows on the walls so you can see the ocean underground and also maybe some burger stands or taco stands and a chilling spot down there too!

Here’s an idea: Maybe instead of a random mountain underneath the board walk, you could turn it into one of those restaurants that look out into the ocean! You could have seating underneath the boardwalk and the actual restaurant in the mountain

Idea for flower shop: maybe you can add a sunroof and that’s how you can get the natural light?
Idea for the deciding plot: maybe you can add more sand and put bbq grills, coolers and sun chairs, maybe some tables basically what you’d see at a normal beach!
Maybe make some rvs or campers !!!!
hey Peetah, I had an idea for the bathrooms! You could switch the antique shop and the bathrooms, make the bathrooms a little bigger and add in showers and changing areas where people could change into their swimsuits. It could be at least part of the deciding plot!
Yea that was my suggestion at the very start of this series and he decided to do it but i think there should be lockers and make it bigger/longer lol!

Yes to the hotel! And I think you should prioritize making more small shops on the boardwalk then only a few big ones, then you won't have to combine shops or leave some out! And if you do make a shop next to the water (deciding plot) it could be a surf board and fishing shop with a dock.

Hi Peetah, have an idea for the spot near the beach. I was thinking you could put like a surfboard/beach toy store there so people can rent out like surf boards, buckets and shovels. and you could use the sleds as surfboards!
I love how your expanding your gardening skills! Probably my favorite part of the build other than these creative shop ideas!
My friend suggests that in the deciding plot you should either make it a big square with sand for the kids to play in or a playground. Also where the roads end, you could have it go underground and make parking garages. Btw, we love your videos ❤️ ❤️
the parking garages idea is EXACTLY what i thought of too lmao, just gotta be careful of where it would hit the water cuz basements are tricky

This is so amazing! I think you could put some tiny homes on that little area, opposite the mountain, like some little tiny houses on the beach and you could do like a pizzeria as well somewhere! I also agree with the idea of changing the bicycle shop color to a little lighter, it really stands out, but it looks great nonetheless! Another idea is to have a bar on the edge of the beach that people could swim up to for food options. Idk there’s a lot of things you could do, but the place looks amazing!
Hotel Idea :) : instead of a hotel you could have a rental service to rent the houses, then you could also rent some surfboards, bikes, and maybe some chair and umbrella rentals too.
I love how the beach town is looking! Super unique, reminds me of a beach town in real life for sure! Love your videos always :)

Hotel may be a bit much, but apartments would be a cool idea!!
On the boardwalk you should definitely have a restaurant and surf shop, but if you're looking for a third shop, here's my recommendations:
-Bakery
-Outlet
- Gift shop
-Paddle board/ tubing rental
- Salon
Cute little jewelery shop
Tourist guidance center
Kids center
And last suggestion, probably maybe just a cute looking booths like a farmers market or something, but there might not be another space.

*Build idea* . I guess for the empty slot you could just make it to a little playground or like a place to do beach volleyballs and stuffs. Or just a place you can put a seating area with a bonfire or something.
Peetah I have a great suggestion for the building on the upper left OR right to the ocean! Y'know how life guards have their own areas with lockers, first aid, and a overlooking balcony? I thought you could add it to the boardwalk because it seems fitting! Continue the good work Peetah🤍

Hey peetah! So if the jotel gets to jars you could always go smaller with a motel! That's where I usually stay when I visit the WildWood boardwalk. And it's actually much nicer than a hotel. Cause you can just walk straight to the boardwalk and beach. But up on the boardwalk I think you should definitely add like the stands and stuff. Like a lemonade stand, cotton candy, a surfboard shack with boogie boards that you can rent and stuff. Also for on the other side of the beach I think you should have a restaurant if it doesn't fit on the boardwalk. Cause I think a big restaurant with rooftop seating would be so cool! But in bare spots I think you can definitely add random bikes, and surfboards and stuff. I also think you a basketball court or smth. Or like any type of sports court. But I though of smth before and now I forgot it- sooo- I'll edit this comment when I remember-
Instead of a hotel, maybe you could do apartments. Also, for the deciding plot, maybe you could do more water and then add an over, elevated platform or just flat land with food trucks/stands

I love the town so far! Also to not waste the space you sound add tiny shops under the big boardwalk the shops can be tiny food shops for takeout only!
The beach Town is definitely one of my favorite builds from your channel :)
Some ideas I have are for the area by the bike and the slushie shops you can put steps up to the boardwalk so it doesn’t just end, another thing is add a jetty and maybe buoys to the ocean to give it more depth, and one last thing is a boat or something in the water even could be sunk or up on the jetty.

You could make the hotel next to the antique shop( the deciding plot) as it is a bigger space than where you have placed it and you could do the landscaping where the hotel is , it looks great so far

Building Idea for the Beach Town: You should build a psychic shop 🔮 on the board walk. It would be pretty cool for a shop. You could use the snow globe as well!
Edit: If you have Dish, then I suggest you watch the Amusement Park dishscape because it has a psychic shop in it! You could even put it in the deciding plot!

Hey Peetha I think you you should make a bed and breakfast on the boardwalk instead if a hotel, I think it would be really cute and fitting for a beach town!

Hey Peetahbread I have an idea for the beach when you get to it, place dirt piles in the sand with like gradients of different shades of yellow and white for like the sand close to the water and white for the sea foam it will help make your beach realistic 😌

For the food stands you could put like 4-idk on both sides of the “rectangle” and in the middle some tables, that’s how I used to make my eating places in THEME PARK TYCOON 2

Hey peetah, I think you can add a pier that stretches over the ocean. You can also add those snow mobiles from christmas update on the water (they look like boats and work just fine). For the flower shop you can add glass roofs and full wall glass windows to make it look like a greenhouse.

In the empty DECIDED PLOT you could maybe put an area where the water drains into against a mountain with more landscaping! And then maybe you could make a cave inside the mountain with a secret guided tour!

For the "deciding plot" you could do a little chair rental thing and a snack bar! Most beaches have one and I think it would be a great addition to your beach town!!! :D
For the boardwalk you should do a ice cream parlor!
For the open area by the beach you could do a lighthouse/cake shop/small school/ relaxing area with umbrellas and chairs and hammocks connected to trees/ a small beach house that is built a little bit into the ocean, the ocean would need to be extended more towards it also /= or

For the deciding plot maybe there can be like a music shop/place where you can get music lessons. On the side of the music place(closer to the water) there could be a dock for pretend boats and maybe some floats in the water along with some benches for those who are going fishing. And for the upcoming restaurant, I'd love to see like a super fancy and expensive seafood place. I went to an expensive fancy seafood restaurant around April and I thought it would be a great idea, you could use those round party or event tables that have the white tablecloth. Btw, boardwalk name idea: Peetah's Breadwalk! 🍞

For one of the shops you should make a pizza shop that is similar to "Surfer Boy Pizza" from ST, it would be like a cool addition to your beach town!

Future video ideas: Play other famous roblox games, a small house challenge, one color only challege, or your screen is black and white challenge
*IDEA* - Maybe you could add beach huts/houses along the beach? Like the ones you see that are very small (2 by 1) and colourful, that you can rent out for the day. I don't know if you will have enough space for it though.

Hi peetah!!! I have some ideas for the hotel!!!
So basically, the first floor could be a desk and an elevator
Then you can do 4 or 5 floors each a room!
(The reason for the elevator is that so you click your floor and you go straight there while with stairs you would have to go through peoples rooms which is not good 🫢

In England on the pier there is always one (peetahs fish and chips)
And at the end of you road you could put spaces for bikes or cars
For the hotel if you still want to add it you can add small motel so it’s like small and you can have a room on each floor
Also you could add more plants it’s a little over crowed with the trees and maybe add hills

Hey Peetah, I have a suggestion for the levetated boardwalk you made. The 2nd floored of it make it a hotel and the 1st floored is the underground pool area for the hotel! The hotel will also have a cool view from the ocean! :DD

You can make a 'secret shop' or something like that inside of the boardwalk mountain thingy.

Suggestion: For more life, you can put bike racks around and have bikes placed in them! Obviously you have to make them using basic shapes, but I think it would make the beach town more lively since it's mostly you on the plot!
For the “deciding” plot I was thinking you could put like a pain shop or something, put like dirt piles then color them, put canvases everywhere maybe paint buckets, idk tbh but maybe just something like an art not exactly store just like a cute little place to put there!
Deciding plot: Maybe you could put like a type bar place or like a party club in the deciding plot, because it would add more life to the Beach Town…idk, just a suggestion! Love your videos, and have a wonderful day!!!
Build idea for this: under the board walk shops, you should put a cave with crystals growing in it and stuff, I just feel like it's cool :)
Peetah! To save some money, in the back right corner you could do a cliff with like an observatory or lighthouse on top.

Idea for deciding plot, make it sand, and build kind of like a big sandcastle. It would be cool if you made it look like a competition.

You should get rid of the walls where the boardwalk is and just add a flooring and pillars so then you can add more water and sand under the boardwalk, but looks great!

Somewhere you could do rows of colourful beachhuts and have some open so you can see the little storage areas!
Hi Peetah, the town looks amazing so far! A suggestion I have is to add a lot of boulders and rocks to create a rock pool, maybe you could add it right against the hotel or on the undecided plot area hope this helps :D
The end of the road should be an underground parking lot. Where the hotel area you was thinking about, you should have a little playground area for kids with Sandcastles. Beach town name: Breadwalk like I have been commenting lols. Either way everything looks super great! Have fun with it!

Hi PeetahBread, I have a great idea(well at least to me) for a build on the decision plot! You could make a lighthouse, with a restaurant or a grand hotel on top, or it could just be a lookout point! With a massive light!

Hi peetah, you should definitely add a bus or transport stop, because, in real life, many streets by boardwalks have bus stops as they are needed for how many people there are!

Hello, I have an idea for the deciding plot! I think you should make it like a park area with like maybe a volleyball court a basketball court and maybe there is like a lemonade stand as well. And also there should be a path to walk off the beach and maybe some water faucets to rinse of sandy feet.

More realistic- I agree with you, I think you should do some sort of landscaping, or make it another section of beach (with something like a snack shack/food truck type area)
OR- make a little park, just a classic one with some swings and maybe a couple little barbecue areas- love how this is turning out so far!

A few other ideas for the deciding -convenience store
-Coffee shop/cafe
- it could be a grocery store sort of like a Trader Joe’s
- aquarium/museum
-a club
- a place for live performances
-you could have a restaurant on the roof of one of these shops so it would have a rooftop view of the ocean

I suggest in other stores if you want lighting dont put alot of lights put 2 or 3, then put the rest in a basement! The town is coming together very well!
Suggestion: if you put the hotel by the beach then it should have like- balconies for each room because when I go to a hotel by the beach there always is a balcony to overlook the view!
We have an “antique shop” and people set up stands to sell they’re stuff the vibes are amazing in there
A hotel would be cute, and you could add a rooftop where you can make towels, put lawn chairs, tables, etc and it can be an area to watch fireworks, or stargaze!
