What is Roblox?

I prefer the grass, but I think using dirt piles recolored and retextured to look like sand in places like beside the front door to represent people pouring sand out of their shoes or piles of sand because of the wind moving the sand. I love your videos and I aspire to be a great builder like you 💖 :D

*I guess for the ones thats closer to the beach itself, make it sand rather than grass🤷🏻♀️idk it just looks better and makes more sense.. of some sort (or you could also combine like maybe the floors would be sand and you can add dirt piles and make it like a grass color and texture.. or vise versa, something like that)*

I recommend making the floor where the chairs are some type of tile. I also recommend putting one of those metal wire fences around the pool with a matching gate. I ALSOOO recommend making the slide a funky color and continue the the brown fence in the back! Loving the build peetah!🌟

Hey Peetah, landscaping tip: instead of just re - scaling rocks use different types of rocks as well to fill the land.
Your town is awesome so far! However, I think you should add a beach shop that includes surfboards, Floaties, goggles (decals), etc! I think you probably already have this in mind so it can be a reminder!
I really loved the grass! I feel like it just matches better then the sand!! My opinion!💙

Here is an idea! If you’re building another house you should make it a shop-house! I’ve never seen those in bloxburg and I think it would fit your town a lot! Cant wait to see how this build turns out! 💕

This is looking ao great! I'm in live with all of your series!! I know this is a beach town but every year I go on a vacation to Wildwood New Jersey to go to the boardwalk. So maybe you can add like pop up stands with Italian ice, cotton candy, souvenirs, etc. But yeah! Also when I go there is a bunch of restaurants and there was even a mall!! But one of my favorite things is that they have like a magic type pop up stand. I guess you would call it that. 🤷♀️ But anyways inside it had a mirror maze, and an escape room and stuff! But yeah I know these things probably won't be possible with the limitations of Bloxburg, but I just thought I would say something. Lol. Another thing I think you should add somewhere is an ice cream truck! If you don't know how to make one thwe youtuber "YumeKookie" had one on her channel, and if you don't like colors you can always change them!! You should also add one of those stands (probably already said this but who cares) ones a ith popcorn, cotton candy and all that stuff. Buy yeah- Also maybe a surfboard shack of smth? Idk, lol! Anyways it looks soo good!!

WOW IT LOOKS LIKE A RICH PERSON BACKYARD! For you summer boredwalk I think you should add a restaurant that overlooks the beach like on a peer and you can have a patio with outdoor seating I think it will look pretty cool. you should also add some sort of souvenir stand with keychains and plushy‘s and other stuff! BUT ANYWAY KEEP UP THE GOOD CONTENT PEETAH! :D

I love how peetah edits his own videos and makes us laugh all the time
You could give the snack shack like a tiki Hawaiian feel and sell smoothies and fish and have a little bar area with torches around the pool area.
Or another idea is a mini food truck with like burgers or pizza and give it super colorful colors to match the beach chairs.
Either way your beach town looks amazing!

For the houses, use the dirt piles as sand piles and it will look really good! I do it in every build

I think that u should get rid of the dirt piles and the potted plants because they don’t really fit with the pool theme. But I think that u should add a fence around the entire pool and seating area so then the pool chairs aren’t so close to the road. Hope this helps!

Let's just appreciate all of the work and time put into this build. Peetah u never fail to express and produce . Some ideas are i think you should put sand flooring around the pool so it can have a sand area aswell as a pool.
Create a diner place on an empty piece of the beach boardwalk so people can go get some food if they don't feel like cooking xx

Peetah, on the mountain in the water add some Lilypad's, what I would suggest for them is add multiple in one place(not exactly in the same place but around there)then resize a couple then color all the Lilypad's different colors, it looks really good that way!
The town looks really great! I would add umbrellas where the chairs are so people have shade!!
Could you turn the shack into like a public bath room? You could add like showers and towels! I hope you can take this into consideration! 😁🤗
Hallo!! The public pool looks great! But I do have a recommendation (for the shack)! I recommend adding a curtain or shutters to the window thing so when you close it no one can break in! And what I think on the sand or grass part I think it looks better as grass! Have a good day/night! :D

I love how it's coming along! Do you have any tips for making towns (like how to cluster houses together and such)
there’s Lay-out videos on RUclips/tiktok, but I’d recommend keeping shops together & houses in another are together! if you have small plot and want to make a larger city try to make apartments or smaller houses no larger than like 5x5! I’d recommend looking at pictures of cities and neighborhoods to reference from so it seems more organized & realistic!
One thing u could add is a diving board! Also on TikTok I saw someone make a tut to put rocks around the smaller waterslide! Great video !!

(Tip) take the large and small dirt pile from gardening and then put it in between the grass and the sand and then color the dirt piles is the color of the sand and same texture of the sand and it would look really nice and look like it’s blending in with the grass.
Loved the pool it gose with the theme of the whole build witch I like…..I think u should work on the shack more🥰
I think sand instead of grass is better because imo it fits the aesthetic and beachy town theme and i think the public pool turned out really great! And i also saw some comments say turn the slate slide into a different color, make the floor a tile instead of slate and use dirt piles and texture them sand for the houses. I think those are very good ideas and maybe you could consider it? :]

The beach town is looking so good so far! You should also make some town houses or a mini hotel! Most beaches have hotels close by so people can go to the beach. You don't have to do this, its just something I think will be cool to add!
You should make a sand/beach toys store where there’s like buckets,shovels and like other toys to play with at the beach!🫠
