small suggestion! lots of beach areas like this have liquor/convenient stores that carry everything. the ones around me carry stuff like shampoo and microwave meals for the people who live there, mostly the college students. they also have very close together shopping centers randomly in-between homes. there’s no layouts to beach towns it’s very chaotic lol. @7IOUS has a super super cool beach convenient store/home on their channel that i would recommend checking out for some inspo!! along with beach decals
If you want something between warm and bright lighting, try using flint, it's a good balance between both. You may have to use the center piece lighting as cloudy grey so it's not dark, hope this helps!
I also recommend layering light like the standard ones. Not many people know about it but doing nougat and layering it makes the light brighter. But also gives it a cool vibe. I recommend layering 2-4 times.
Beach Project Idea: 1. A bike/scooter area so people can ride around quickly. 2. An umbrella/sunhat store bc the beach is very sunny? 3. A Sunscreen and towel store. 4. A showering area for people to use when they finish playing on the beach. (cause it's gonna get them sandy) 5. A sunbathing area for people to sunbathe. :D
Hey peetah, I would recommend adding a lighthouse possibly, your town looks stunning and giving me very much bay vibes, maybe even a small cute boat port or dock? Can't wait to see how it turns out!!!

For you summer boredwalk I think you should add A restaurant that overlooks the beach like on a peer and you can have a patio with outdoor seating I think it will look pretty cool! :D you should also add some sort of souvenir stand with keychains and plushy‘s and other stuff! :)

Suggestion #1: I think you should put maybe bikes, skateboards, etc, on the boardwalk or sidewalk! It could maybe make it look more authentic and look like people have been on the sidewalks. Suggestion #2: Maybe you could make a grocery/convince store. I think it could be next to the ice cream shop-(so it wouldn’t be next to all the other shops.)- I think that store would stick out from all of the other shops! Suggestion #3: I think the blue is a really pretty color scheme, places that use more blue tones,light green tones, and more vintage vibes is a place called doorcounty, you can easily look it up and it will give very coastal vibes. I have personally been there, and there are so many kind of vintage coastal looking areas! It might give great inspo! Love the beach so far!
Behind the ice cream shop you said you were going to put another shop, I think that you should put sorta an alleyway in between them. But like with wooden floors/planks (in a lighter color) and also hanging lights with maybe some tables and chairs. It would also be cool for the other building behind the ice cream shop to have another entrance in the back like where the alleyway is.

I love the shop but, I think it needs to be a little bit more colorful. It has a lot of blue and its kinda plain. Therefore, its outstanding so far! Keep up the great work Peetah!

As a suggestion you should maybe make some random roads (especially the ones near the actual beach part) with stepping stones on top of them, it gives the gravel look which I find is very common near beaches and more tropical areas, or maybe brick roads too, either way you should totally make some roads more textured and such.
Hi Peetah!!! I have some tips for your ice cream shop :) I just finished watching the whole video and the checkered slate flooring makes the floor look really dirty and it makes it look super awkward so maybe change it to something more cleaner like plastic or something :DDD

you could try oyster lighting, it is a bit bright, and it gives off a bit of warm lighting, but not too much. But I would strongly recommend hurricane grey (or whatever its called), its not too bright but not too dull, and its a bit white-ish, but not blinding, and it gives off a bit of warmth.

Use paint buckets for the display ice cream flavors, but place them on a basic shape cube, raise it just so it would just peak over the counter, and then add the counter.

I was thinking that you may want to make a seafood restaurant near the water, like showing that the food comes straight out from the water or something like that. I'm so excited for this new project, can't wait to see how it looks like at the end!

hey peetah! Ik this is a bit late but different timezones and such- but heres a idea! For the stairs leading up to the second floor, you could make a pillar with basic shapes to make it look like its supporting the stairs like how you did with the floor.
Since it’s like probs hard think abt content how abt every year during every season you could maybe do like one of these, in other words like during winter you can do a cabin town during spring a flower type town yk and so on another suggestion for another vid is probs making a bread airport 🧑🏽🦯
Idea: You should make a beach Cottage for one of your houses and make it yellow and pastel colours. One more idea is your should make a surf board shop on your boardwalk 😁

flint doesn’t give off much light and will make your build slightly grey-green. i guess it just depends what colors and theme your build is.
