Today, I'm going to make a delicious mango pudding.
Today's concept is...
A delicious and simple summer dessert made with very simple ingredients.
There are many different types of pudding in the world.
Although pudding is said to have originated in England, this adorable menu has spread around the world, evolving and evolving in many different ways.
It can be eaten hot or cold, and it is no exaggeration to say that the ingredients of the pudding are truly limitless.
They have countless names and there are so many different ways to eat them.
But today, I'm going to make a pudding made without eggs and gelatin among the many ways.
Even without eggs and gelatin, you will be able to feel and taste the visuals you can imagine.
As a substitute, corn starch was used with milk.
Well... it was very good.
Have we ever used cornstarch to make flour-free cakes?
Let's put it to good use today.
There were no eggs or gelatin, so it had a light and cool taste.
But the chewy texture is still there.
I used a regular silicone muffin tin and canelé mold for the mold.
But it doesn't matter which mold you have.
It is also fun to choose from if you make it in several shapes.
But I think it's better not to grease the silicone mold.
There was a small hole in the pudding...
If you are concerned about the difficulty of removing the mold, apply a very small amount of vegetable oil to a kitchen paper.

● Ingredients/ Ingredients
237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53g
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)
♥ Mango Pudding
400g mango ( 2 pcs )
120g sugar ( 1/2 cup + 1Tbsp + 1/2Tbsp ) - ( Adjust according to the sweetness of the mango.)
410g milk ( 1 cup + 3/4 cup )
75g milk ( 1/3 cup )
35g cornstarch ( 5Tbsp )
1Tbsp lemon juice (adjust according to your taste)
