Morning Boone, you are such an inspiration to all whom are watching! Whatever you decide to bake always is a success. The baking always looks so inviting and fresh. I can imagine how this Orange Tart must have tasted, rich in colour and flavour, perfect. When starting your baking, I think the baker must have all ingredients ready, only the freshest will do. At times we are sold oranges which give the impression it must have grown close to lemon trees as it looks like a lemon on the outside and pale orange inside! When baking only the best of ingredients will do. It was lovely to watch how dedicated you are Boone, on a summer's day, this would be so grand to serve! Thank you for showing and sharing. I discovered your videos just now. I can't stop watching one after the other. This particular one reminds me of a lovely dessert my ex mother in law used to prepared....unfortunately I never asked her for the recipe, I regret it badly. Hers was a delicious fluffy sponge with some tangerines segments immersed in a jelly of the same flavour, which sat on the sponge. I could never understand how she made it....I miss her dearly, she passed away a month ago...
