    Wow! Never thought of this.
    At home we use an electric yam pounder which is basically a low budget food processor 😂😂
    But this is also a very good alternative... No lumps👌👌

    How long were the yams boiled for? And how much water to put in to boil the yams? Are they boiled on medium or high heat?

    In my house we pound yam in mortar every Sunday infact my grand Mum who stays with us won’t eat it unless she hears mortar and pestle.
    I’ve saved this video, once I get married this is what I’ll be doing ooo.

    I don't have the dough hook. I just have the whisk hook. Will using the whisk hook give the same result?? wishful thinking
