So.... currently you would have to run a 7.62 device and a 7.62 can. With the 5.56 Ventum coming soon that would be an option if you used the Hub QD and a 7.62 muzzle device. Rumor has it that there might be a 5/8 5.56 Hux device coming soon as well. Which would be nice.
So i have a Radian Model 1 that comes with the DeadAir keymo flash hider. I ordered the Huxwrx Flow 556k. Do i just need the DeadAir keymo mount or do i need something else? Thanks
Can someone help me out. I thought i knew but now im lost. Do i need the hub adapter to mount the suppressor onto a muzzle device? Will it mount to a hux muzzle device without the hub adapter?
You need a hub adapter if you are trying to mount a Ventum 556 or 762 to a Huxwrx muzzle device or any other hub compatible suppressor to a Huxwrx muzzle device.
Yes, Huxwrx devices attach to your barrel via one of the muzzle devices. You can pick either the flash hider or the muzzle brake. Typically, one would pin and weld or loctitie the muzzle device to prevent it from backing off.
I'd love to buy the hub adapter and muzzle brake... but they charge double or triple what everyone else does... over $400 for a brake and adapter. Compared to rearden being $175 total. Rearden it is! Lol
Does the flash hider give off concussive blast like a brake style??? Or does it act and give off similar characteristics as an A2 ??? An A2 birdcage doesn’t seem to make your neighbors hate you at the range 😂 so with that said does yalls flash hider give off concussive blast like a brake style???
@@70MikeMikeI’m confused on the sil over co attachments. I’m wanting a 30cal suppressor for my AR and AK. As you probably know one is 1/2x28 and one is 14x1LH. How to I get a muzzle attachment that will still run the same suppressor ?
@@andrewsanders2744 man you got my brain churning here….. Ok lol, the threads for the AK will be 14X1 LH and the threads on the front will be right handed. So no matter what size or twist on to the barrel, the front thread will always be the thread for the suppressor. Just make absolute sure the AK is correctly threaded because everyone I talked to at SilencerCo told me that 99% of AK’s threads are crap and you get baffle strikes. So basically if you had a 5.56, 300 blackout, 6.5 creed, 7.62X39, .308, 45/70, and so on they are clearly different calibers but the front of the device is still the same for each. Only thing different that needs replacing is the end caps for each caliber. Am I making sense?
@@70MikeMike yes, my AK isn’t a surplus one so I’m sure the threads are better than those. I get why they openly say they’re mostly all bad bc most people have surplus AKs. But my issue is I want one suppressor. For two guns.(Ik you understand that just trying to dumb it down as much as possible) 1. 1/2x28 thread. 2. 14x1L thread. But I want the same QD for both guns. The Qd I was looking at is only in 1/2x28 and also a thread pattern that isn’t 14x1. So I’m having trouble finding a muzzle attachment in 14x1 that matches the same muzzle attachment in 1/2x28. As in same I mean the same QD mount. So I can get the same suppressor on. I’m looking at the OMEGA 36M
Correction- Sons of Liberty Gunworks 13.75 L89 Drive Lock Rail with Titanium Nut not a 13.65 Rail.
Been trying to find the Blastphemy in stock somewhere for many months now lol. Hopefully they restock those sometime this year.
Can you use the 7.62 can on a 5.56 muzzle device?
With a Hub adapter for the muzzle device, yes.
Yes
So I have to have your muzzle break to have your ventum work on it?
Is the hub adapter compatible with the XL flash hider ?
For example, Lets say you have the XL FH pinned and wanted the hub to be able to swap cans ..
So the issue with the sons v2 barrels being 5/8 is that now you can't run a 556k can on it unless huxwrx sells a 556 muzzle device with a 5/8

Wow that's dumb.
@@JNOSNOWthe dumb part is the 5/8" barrel
@@DinoNucci yes.
They must've changed that quick because my 13.7 upper with the v2 barrel is 1/2 x 28 and the 5/8 pitch is on the precision 223 wylde barrels 👌
Will the 762 ti can mount on the 556 muzzle device?
Yes, but not the other way around.
@@BigTexOrdnance Copy that, thanks brutha. New sub, keep doin what your doin.
Q? Are the 762 ventum and the flow 556 both serviceable
You can remove the core out of the Ventum and they have a cleaning kit coming soon as well that will work fantastic on the Flow 556.

Dont forget the RCB-HX
That rifle at 0:58 is way over gassed so it must be that way from factory. Thats wild.
Wrong

The flow 556k is not hub compatible and can only be used with a Huxwrx muzzle device
So I just got the huxwrx 762 T.I. what break do I get to use it on my 556 ?
What's the thread pitch of your 5.56 barrel?

Which muzzle device do I use for 300 blackout?
7.62 since .300 is a 7.62 bullet in a 5.56 casing
FYI, HuxWrx will kindly charge you $180+ for each muzzle device.
(Which are mandatory / proprietary for their cans)
This
And none of them are in stock anywhere. Why I went with another brand.
Still going strong I see
Does your 5.56 cans work rated to work with a 7.5" barrel?
Why do you hate 5.56? What did 10.5+ do to you?
Why? It's my pistol, not yours.
Everything is out of stock, yall know when they’ll be back in stock?
Hopefully soon, we have a ton on order.
If only they were ever in stock… (muzzle brake)

The flash hider is not as bad as a break, and I would say its comparable to an A2 style.
