@@FlyMeToThePhilippines It all depends on the Filipina. We have been married just over 40 years with a son 40 (who is married) and a daughter 37 (also married). We have 4 grand children. My wife has worked since her graduation in the Philippines, Nigeria, Scotland and England. We lived in the Philippines for 12 years after retiring but decided to return home to the UK to spend more time with our grandchildren. My advice is never discourage your Filipina partner to persue either her education or her working career. Just remember you as a partner may not always be around due to age difference, but life for her goes on. Enjoy life in Mindanao folks.
I did about the same as him, but in 2005 and experienced about the same as he did when I brought my Filipina back with me. That was a huge mistake. Dear Chrissy and Rob, my Filipina wife and I have been together going on nine years. We have a beautiful seven year old daughter. In October 2022 we decided to move to Italy. We are very happy here but I must say I truly miss the Philippines. Thanks. How do you plan for (Chrissy) your boy’s future? My main concern when I decided to leave the Philippines is that even with good educational credentials, life in the Philippines seems to revolve on who you know and what connections you have. Most jobs do not pay enough for a decorous life by Western standards and good jobs require a backer. Your thoughts would be of interest. There is a 32 year difference between my wife and I.
I did about the same as he did when I lived in the Philippines for about 8 months in 2005 and married a Filipina and experienced about the same after I brought her back with me. At 2:06 into the video she told you everything you need to know.
