I am a bit old school 😆
Glad you enjoyed the video,

Phil,
GREAT STUFF PHIL ....even tho they are slightly softer i like using sprats for wobbling...tight lines....
Thank you Kev, I've caught a few on wobbled sprats in the past, I find the smelt stay on the hooks better like you say.

Phil,
Great content as usual Phil I have an old heavy lure rod in the corner or the shed ...this tactic could well give it a new life...something has to give as I'm having a torrid time finding decent perch...I've just purchased myself the advanta x5 float rod u used in the float fishing for perch video...looks a great rod but I've not done much float fishing since a kid...could I use that rod for anything from roach to carp or barbel?
Thank you Gavin, good luck if you try wobbled deadbaits. The Advanta X5 float rods are perfect for light to medium float work.
For harder fighting species check out the X5 power float rods 👌💪

Phil
Phil, have you ever thought about flavouring soft plastic shads and then wobbling them? I haven’t as yet but I intend to give it a go asap. Your comments would be appreciated. Thanks
Hi Philip, I guess that would work?? But I’d class that as lure fishing more.
In my opinion using a wobbled deadbait offers all the attract I need without complicating things.
Good luck if you try it…
Regards
Phil,
@@AnglingDirectTV Thanks Phil, on reflection I may shelve that plan and take your advice. Many thanks for replying. Phil
What size is the single hook?
The single hook is mainly for just securing the bait, a size 2 is perfect 👌
How do you attach the single hook please?
Hi Scott, Tied with a knotless knot.
A great method but not used much these days by anglers. When l started piking a very long time ago it was quite a common method. l fish rivers these days and find wobbling a deadbait ideal for moving along the banks looking for pike.
Totally agree Clooper man, wobbling deadbaits is a great way to explore lots of water very effectively. 👌
Waww ikan yang sangat besar iuh Om🤩😍
