what is used to sterilize the buds?
Detergent powder
Don't you think casting soda in the detergent will harm the buds?
@@tarjanxxx Not really. Because we are keeping buds in detergent water only for few minutes. After that we have to wash it with clean water
Why are you using rice husk ?we are using coir pith..is there specialisation for burnt rice husk in the media..

I have searched for many videos about tissue culture..lots of them using modern tech..but this one looked easy using available tools and materials..thanks and regard from malaysia..
Thank you 🌝
Hi, so now is the technique efficient enough to imply in Malaysia?
Simple and straightforward. Thanks
Thanks. You explained very simply brother.
Excellent! So simple! Now I know what to do with the plant after it fruits (so far, I was just putting it in my compost pile). Regards from San Jose, CA
You can eat the center (stem). Just cut it in thin slices and leave in water to take away the bitterness. It's kind of like potato, good with rice. The flowers can be eaten in a similar way. There are videos about it.
Very informative.. Thanks alot for such video.. God bless you

Fantastic video.Thanks
Tissue culture has many advantages..anti virus..grow fast..can plant in large numbers
* Disadvantages of tissue culture :
* Availability, therefore ( dependence ) of when & if you can get it.
* Also you have to buy a minimum quality...usually 60 minimum.
* Adaptability : tissue culture plants take a long time to adapt to outside environment.
* Better to rely on yourself and not on labs which isn't natural to begin with.
Very interesting video. Thanks
Unique

Please make video and show us how agro people create new and better banana or other fruit species from an original plant. Like how they created cavendish banana when original plant was a dwarf banana plant. How they created sugar peach out of peach or different sweeter and crunchier jackfruit called honey jackfruit from original jackfruit. etc Thank you. wishing success to your channel and agro efforts / business.
Good day sir, you mentioned sterilization, did you said "DETERGENT"?
Can this technique applicable to other type of plants e.g coconut, papaya, bamboo etc.
Can you do same for plantain?
If bannana tree plant 🌱 near lake grow to fast and new plant also growing near bannana plant
This is known as 'Macro-propagation' of banana. Don't you think that we should dip the buds into a good fungicidal solution?
Did u? I’m going to try this on a musa that I have several of but I’m going to use h2o2 bc I couldn’t understand..🤞🏻
