Yes! I’m on my no spend😏 journey too. I sneak treats myself to sandwiches when I grocery shop. At least I’m not spending my “Eat out” fund. 😉😂
YAY being on a no spend journey has been good for us. Having those treats keeps me reminded it is ok to treat myself. I try to save my eat out fund with my life. 🤣

I need to start thrifting for clothes! ❤ I do recycle but we don’t get money back for it around my area 😢

Thrifting has helped me so much in getting quality clothes. When I learned we got money from turning in bottles and cans I became a lot more aware of all of the things that can be recycled.

Hi love! Some ways I combat overconsumption is using water filter at home instead of water bottles, recycle, and donate/sell whatever I don’t need but can be used by someone else!

I've thought about moving to Mint Mobile as a secondary option. We're already with TMobile, so Mint is about (at most) $15 cheaper if that for our entire family. Still considering it if we ever decide to "change".
I don't consciously do anything that I'd consider to be a part of the "underconsumption" trend. I put items I'd like to buy into my cart, leace it for 2 weeks, and if i still want it (read as remember it), then i look into buying it. We do compost for any of our plants... that's about it. If anything, my family complains about me not spending enough on myself, so i don't think overconsumption is my problem. 😂🌟

I have the same issue at times when it comes to following through with buying things for myself. You deserve it though, so when the time is right be sure to spoil yourself sometimes 💕
