    Hi everyone, I’m Vivian. I’ve shared before that the blood sugar fluctuation of frozen steamed buns without heating is 32. Today I ate them with ice sugar-free soy milk to see if the blood sugar fluctuation can be reduced to below 30. I will test my fasting blood sugar first, then eat steamed buns with soy milk. After eating, I will test my blood sugar one hour and two hours after the meal, and calculate the blood sugar fluctuation, and compare it with eating cold steamed buns alone and eating hot steamed buns alone.

      真的啊,我以後也不會用無糖豆漿來搭配其他食物了,如果對血糖上升會有疑慮的話,我覺得還是吃兩顆白煮蛋比較實在

    個人也研究飲食一段時間了
    一顆包子加一瓶無糖豆漿當然會比只吃一個包子更高啊
    如果各半來跟一個包子的數值相比會比較公平
    個人目前對高纖無糖豆漿評價蠻高的

    老師我想知道 第1小時試測血糖波動 那第2小時主要是要觀測血糖的什麼呢?

      基本上醫生都會叫大家測第2小時,因為測第2小時可以知道血糖是否有恢復正常值;體檢時測試是否血糖過高時都是測空腹以及餐後兩小時血糖;我影片裡面會測餐後1小時血糖是因為測出血糖波動可以比較出類似每個食物的升糖指數

    再來聊聊飲食順序
    假設飲食順序非常有用
    請問您敢多吃 50% 碳水嗎?
    顯然透過飲食順序
    也無法讓妳多吃碳水
    如何才能讓妳多吃 30%、50% 碳水?
    個人經驗是找低 GI 食物 (算 GL 值)
    以及中高強度有氧 30 分鐘以上
    如此即使多吃 50% 碳水血糖還是很穩
    只是如果多吃 1 倍碳水的話還是爆血糖
    (我猜有氧可能要做 60 分鐘以上才有機會)
    btw, 我現在都測運動後能吃多少碳水
    然後找出節省時間又能控糖的運動
    已經好一段時間沒測食物了...XD

      我覺得牛奶的話,血糖波動應該會更高;之前我測瑞穗鮮奶血糖波動: 12,有1.3份醣類 ,而影片裡面測的無糖高纖豆漿血糖波動是:5,只有0.4醣類,所以我覺得如果配牛奶血糖波動應該會更高,不過也很難說啦,今天影片中得到教訓,血糖波動不能用預測的,還是要實際測試比較準

      因為會影響血糖的是碳水化合物,而膳食纖維也算是碳水化合物,但是不會影響血糖,所以營養標示中的碳水化合物就要扣掉膳食纖維的量,而碳水化合物的量扣掉膳食纖維的量就是淨碳水💜

      要吃的那一天的前一天晚上把冷凍包子從冷凍庫中拿到冷藏中退冰,早上起來從冷藏拿出來直接吃

    真的讓人意外結果,
    請美女老師用吃蛋配包子來測試一次來比較。
    平時早餐我先吃豆類和蔬菜混吃,再吃五穀飯60公克(+黑芝麻2克)
    最後才喝無糖黑豆漿250CC(+1公克綠茶粉),
    我飯前都約100-110之間遊走。
    飯後2小時大約140-160上升30-60不一定(應該試紙誤差)。
