If you think that you have just messed up and you wouldn't reach the site of grace on time, then quickly fast travel to the nearest site of grace using the following key combination( on PC ) : Map button + F + E + E Or travel to Roundtable Hold : Map button + F + R + E + E Or just close the game using Alt + F4 This worked for me ! You wouldn't gain the runes this way but your dragon will respawn. Just do it before dragon completely disappears.
A bit faster, cheese deathrite bird for death poker. Make sure to grab torch. Use death deathpoker ash of war L2 R1 procs frost each time then swap to torch quickly and give a wack to reset the frost build up and repeat. Except for that last sliver of health do not use deathpoker, as you will not have enough time to get onto torrent and get to the grace. Use bleed for the last bit. Or you could use the flail method still but get bloodflame blade to buff it with. Discovered this method thanks to Titus actual / Dr one shot. I usually do this until i got my vigor to 40 and my main damage stat to 40 when melee focused. For my casters i usually go 20 vigor and 60 faith or intel.
Bleed and frost are best to kill any enemy faster. Yeah, players can also try your method if they are levelled enough to kill death rite bird and to equip the death poker. Death poker is an amazing weapon ! Faster method means getting million runes quicker.
@@kridaverse you don't have to be leveled enough to kill the deathrite bird, you can just get it to kill itself by jumping off the cliff. And you can just use the experience you get for killing it to get the stats you need for deathpoker. Although with radagons soreseal you will only need to invest in intel you could also get the knights calvary on the bridge to kill itself for extra experience, as well you could cheese Commander O'Neil for some extra xp as well.
@@MDK808yeah but progressing is very important, right ? To progress in Elden ring you have to be stronger otherwise you will just die a thousand times to a mini boss and will quit the game. The ability to explore Elden ring is what makes it good game for newbie gamers. Once the gamers will be skilled to dodge , parry , get to know about how to increase damage, defense, they might play without farming. And also the devs didn't patched the farming methods like the Ball farm, bird farm .... So farming is never wrong. What do you think of the dlc then, can you complete dlc without farming runes ?
@@user12-478eno need to farm, just explore the entire map and do all side quests if need be, you will always be overleveled if u explore all areas and dungeons all the way
Did the latest Patch do something? Because you could have just used the flail, even kill the Dragon with de bleed proc and just horse-sprint towards the site of grace.
@@riseimpact The dragon respawn glitch might have been patched on any previous patch. I always killed the dragon by blood loss and then headed super fast to the site of grace in all my previous playthroughs (maybe 10 to 15 playthroughs) and the dragon never respawned. Procing poison and resting on site of grace exactly after the dragon dies will grant you runes and dragon will respawn.

You can use other rune farms (for eg; the ball method which is also an early farm and also gives decent runes per round).

i can get 1 mill with the bird method in 20 mins with golden scarab stacked with the gold foots
Sure you can ! It's a mid game rune farm

If your fast and shoot the bird before it walks by the tree you can do it in 15 mins
