Prusa Xl calibration pin error

As soon I change cable from TH2 to TH1, this is the issue I am getting. I had different issue before.
Anyone can help please? I bought from Prusa 15 days before but still stuck in calibration part.
Prior to the I tightened the pin with supplied driver by now I am going with hand only. Thank you

Update: The problem has been resolved by moving z axis all the way down and starting the process again.
