  • La Campanella (1851), also known as Grand Paganini Étude No. 3, was transcribed by Liszt from Paganini's Violin Concerto No. 2 in B minor.

    This "duet" is simply two identical MIDI tracks played with a slight delay, with one track played softer than the other. The overall melody remains recognizable, and it sounds and looks pretty cool in my opinion.

    • @johanncoronado6902

      Time for illumination but if it takes something new and some technique, that doesnt make it talentless now does it?

    • @johanncoronado6902
      @johanncoronado6902 6 лет назад +17

      Time for illumination so basically showing off. Well you cant show off if you dont havr talent and back then piano was an art with pride. Thus piano dueling. Piano duels make or break your career back then. The point is, showing off at piano isnt necessarily a bad thing because the time and practice it takes. Wht put so much time and effort into an instrument if you cant proudly disply your progress? But yeah i agree. To each their own.

      Like they' ve never heard of or played a fine Seiler or Bluthner (if a steinway is 10, the Bluthner is a 8.5 - 9, at less than half the price).

      Ah vous Dirai-je Maman is the original "Twinkle Twinkle little star". Play it sometime, its actually a blast to play. Whether its a bit on the hard side, or on the easy, either way, its still fun. Especially the Alberti Bass on the 2nd variation, superb.

    Delightful piece and from a famed also favorite pianist, more than maybe just my list(no pun intended). Lizst is a great choice, tried it when found a while ago the diverse notes on it, best of wishes to that not mangled with on fresh attempt. Well reprized, following these is fine in this diction. Good and swell indeed.
