Actually I can play this perfectly you just need long fingers like most gifted pianists and lots of practice but this sounds so robotic and you need to put emotion into music.

5:27-5:41 is pretty doable with daily practice. Slowly in the beginning of course, but eventually your hands will become habituated to the different key combinations, so you can speed things up a little. Besides, it's the most famous part of the song!

it shouldnt really be impossible, with decades of dedication, lessons, practice, self discipline no social life and/or entertainment you could probably do it even better than liszt. its a different question whether itd be worth it

my grandma used to play this before church started as practice (she was the pianist) and i could see her fingers aching as she played it but nonetheless it was incredible to watch and to this day i still treasure this song for that reason. the songs incredibly pretty as well and im glad i could hear it every day at 8:00 am before church sessions
