Honey mustard dressing is my ultimate favourite dressing but ive never tried it on parsnips, which I also love, so i will definitely be trying that combo at some point! Unfortunately we dont have Thanksgiving in the UK but it would made a great addition to my Christmas dinner.

Being originally from Vermont now in Florida parsnips are hard to find. Have to drive 20 miles each way to a Walmart, have never had with pears but will try on my next monthly trip.

singincherry I think parsnips have a stronger, earthier flavor than potatoes and so the end result might be sweeter than intended. But if you're cool with that, try it! Or just do sweet potatoes. lol If this is for Thanksgiving, maybe make a small batch to test it out ahead of time?

I can't use honey. Can I use all maple syrup? Try adding Sherry vinegar to the brussel sprouts at the end. It came from a 12 Michelin star Chef who is a friend of mine and it is delicious! I can't use the bacon but it's still delicious without. I put little dots of butter all over the top.
Love this vid, but is Dijon mustard different in the us from the uk? That looked like whole grain mustard to me and Dijon mustard is a smooth mustard in the uk
