It's a miniature mansion. Perfect in every way.
Just about my favorite floor plan for this size of a house. Lovely. The things I would change/add are 1) an enclosed 1 car garage large enough for washer/dryer 2) larger opening windows in the bathrooms, esp. the 2nd floor bathroom 3) a food pantry.
Love the lightness (almost minimalistic) of the design!!!

Sleek, modern, beautiful! Loved the wardrobes instead of closets. Everything looks so much better tucked away nicely. Plus because of their height it made the spaces look so much bigger, great illusion.
The lightning was to die for in this home, it paired perfectly with the sconces, that beautiful orange ceiling and barstools and the rest of the honey brown you used through out.
But I was sold on that staircase! I just had to watch because of it. It brought so much depth to the room. I love the mixture of wood, white and of course the black makes everything just POP.
And alllll the windows, what can I say except Amen! Love all the natural light that would flood in and make the space alive for most of the day.
Again another great home design idea! Great job! Please keep them coming, they are so inspiring to watch, and hopefully one day soon living in the perfect midsize or even tiny home 🏠💞🌷🏡💞🌻

Another gorgeous design! The items that particularly caught my eye this time were the arch between the rooms downstairs, the stair banister, the breakfast bar, the recessed doors (a good way to save space) and the way the house, as always, focuses on a family's social life. Again, this would be a nice for a small gathering, with space in the living room, at the breakfast bar, at the table and outside as well. As always, bravo, Rassel!
I think an airy laundry room would be great. Interior design is nice very simple and minimalist style. Floor plan is nice too but I don't like a sort of duplex room with 1 bathroom in the middle.

I'd like for the window above the carport to be modified into a slider door to use the roof top above the carport, as a walk out patio. Also to modify the half bath by adding a small shower stall. Still very beautiful! Great video!!! 👍

Love the high ceiling and windows above the stairwell, the arched kitchen and dining room, the half bathroom on the main floor and the patio. Don't like the shared bathroom upstairs, better to have 2 separate en suite bathrooms.

Your floor designs are beautifull but plz also show some medium to biggers size houses. Like 294 sq meter house design ! With car porch 3 beds, kitchen, store, and tv lounge a little grass lawn.

I really like this. But, one small a/c downstairs isn't going to be enough to cool the entire first floor
