This is a perfect, simple design, but needs a little modification....
For example, the laundry would be my garage or bedroom 1.

Enclose the laundry area and put the kitchen/diner there.
I wouldn’t go out side to do laundry! And also needs an oven.
Humidity in the tropics dictates it be outside under a cover of sorts.

Мне не нравится .Второй этаж - туалет отсутствует, перепад пола.Еще и постирочная на улице.
Ещё и прихожей нет где вернюю одежду снимать и переобуваться.

Explain what the hell is the laundry room outside!!! Nobody in the US could have a home exactly like this one because of the different seasons!!! Also, take that 2nd bedroom and make living area bigger with a INSIDE laundry room. So many singles would then snatch it up.

yah, but look on the title its pinoy house, it means the setting of thos house is in the philippines which is very common, not intended for US house, maybe just look for other house design you can browse to this channel
The other thing I don't like is that the second bedroom upstairs has no bathroom you got to keep coming downstairs what have you were tired and fell down the stairs no way
