This has those sweet styling touches of the traditional craftsman fairytale homes, but with a modern aesthetic-which would no doubt help the resale value. A talented designer and architect could personalize this little home with, say, a finished walk-out basement. When I lived in S. California, I visited so many craftsman and fairytale homes-from modest to grand. This is a charming little cottage, waiting for personal touches.
This is the first I saw that I would actually love to own. What a stunner!
Jasper, this is the house you see as you’re out walking your dog, and you have to do a double take because it’s so gorgeous! Oh man, this design ticks off all the my checklist items❤ superb, Jasper, both inside and out!

I love this house 👍! It is exactly my opinion. But my favorit is one shower barrier free . Tow bathtub is not necesseray.

Quite lovely. The only thing missing for me is the guest or half bathroom. Maybe the front entry could have a foyer with half bath on one side and the coat closet across on the other side, then enter into the eat in kitchen. 😍

Jasper, this home is beautiful. A perfect home for me. I had tears watching this. Being disabled now for 30 years has made it impossible for me to ever be able to own a home. As I am on Social security. I'll be the only sibling out of 5 who never owned a home. My very comfortable upper middle class siblings never let me forget I don't and can't own. Unfortunately. I think this house is outstanding!
This is definitely a beautiful home, but just because they’ve owned one and you haven’t, doesn’t make them any better. When we ALL take that last breath one day, it’s going to be how did we treat others, and did we do some of the things we were called to do. Just know that nobody can take that away, and I know how siblings can be at times! But be blessed, anyway!!😌❤

Do not pay attention to what your siblings say. I think it is very rude of them to make comparisons, especially with you being disabled for so long. It defines their true character, which does not present itself well. God bless you!

Never think you can’t. Always hope. Ask God for your dreams, ones you can handle. I’m sorry your siblings didn’t have the kindness to lift you, instead of degrading you. I’m disabled now to. I’m never giving up. And I’m old and poor!

A lovely home over all. There needs to be a proper entry, though. Walking through the front door directly onto the hardwood floor with nowhere to hang coats or take off wet footwear is not even close to practical. I would also swap the kitchen with the living room. I much prefer the mess of my kitchen not be on view when my guests are eating a nice dinner.
Come in thru the garage if it's wet, and put a bench seat in the garage next to the door. Other idea is to convert the coat closet in the entry to a half full height closet and half bench seat with storage below for shoes and boots, and hooks above. Add a thristy rug in front of the front door, and bench seat.
How do you change the clock?
What is the square footage of this home?
Why are there no electric outlets to be able to plug anything in.....

Well, you promised elegance and you delivered. A great home with great proportions. The laundry closet is exactly the right option for a home this size. Attention to detail goes beyond fit and finishing - providing plenty of storage space is just as thoughtful and important.

Omg! Beautiful I luv the bedrooms; the master bathroom. I like how u added a dresser instead of wall unit & every woman luvs Walk in closet 😃😆❤️& just the whole concept of the design. Oh and let’s not forget the garage! A bonus. ❤️
This is lovely!! I love that both bathrooms have tub/shower combos! The hall/guest bath needs to be a tad larger to accommodate a sink vanity cabinet for storage. The laundry area could be a bit larger as well, like in some of your other designs.
I'd like to see more color in this house. The white kitchen/pantry/dining/and living room is so austere. I love the dark butcher block kitchen countertops but would like to see color cabinets. And if the buffet/shelving area was the same dark wood as the butcher block countertops, it would feel more cohesive in kitchen/dining area. I'd sure like to see some color in the living room instead of white and black.
That being said, the floorplan is very nice and efficient.
The outdoor space is sweet and like that there's a garage as well.

Only problem is cabinets over kitchen sink. People using sink would be hitting their head on the cabinet.

Jasper dear, this house is outstanding! The walk in closet excellent! The other bathroom, the hall bathroom in on a step, being 4 foot 11 inches that would make it impossible to get into. Also, the dishwasher needs to be by the sink , carrying wet dishes over to it makes mess. Then you have to carry the dishes back over to the cupboards. But you did a great job!

Charming, comfortable, and practical!
I like this plan! The kitchen has ample counter space plus a pantry. There's plenty of storage space. The bedrooms have real doors, not pocket doors. (Pocket doors are helpful in the bathrooms.) I could do without the fireplace and instead have a media center with a TV at a sensible height.
This home is beautiful. Love the floor plan and the outside design. Personally the only thing I would change is to have chosen a more cool toned flooring like a Walnut Hickory to compliment the beautiful counter tops and other color palate in the home. 🙂

My only problem with this house is these grand front doors and then open into the kitchen/dining room. It looks a little peculiar. The sitting room was gorgeous as was the rest of the house.
Finally, after so long, now i like this because there's entertainment (television), not just books. Balance.There's a car garage which is wonderful, the kitchen is nice. Indoor plants gives homey feels, good ambience.

It’s lovely & well planned. In Arkansas, the bedroom windows must be at least 3ft x 5ft for fire code, though I like the looks of the more narrow windows in this plan.
Beautiful! But I kept wondering if the clock above tbe bed (stunning) would make noise to keep me up at night.
One bathroom should be a walk in shower with seating.
And somebow railings/ramps outside for those who have limited mobility..

Beautiful home
Too big for me, but I like the style of the house, outdoor color scheme, half-moon door, curb appeal, clock on the chimney, bookcase wall and fireplace. On the negative side, the garage is too narrow. The car doors would need a minimum of 3 feet of space on either side so the driver and passengers can get in and out. Would love to see a tiny home based on this design.

...This is outwardly a lovely Design..but lacking in Details. And " Eyebrow Arch or some kind of coverage on top of the Front Entrance.... it loohs " unfinished". I dont understand hiw people overlook " protection from the Elements " .. by not adding a covered Entrance and Porch area. .
Love this house. Stately, handsome home! Anyway to change living room and kitchen, I'm gourmet cook ....no family. Like a small working galley kitchen, like more living room space for me. How many square feet is house? Please include square footage in videos!
not my favorite of his designs, did love the master suite. But, IMO, all windows should open, and those narrow windows in the bedrooms should open. The door into the garage seems like a problem, narrow garage, park your car too close and you can't get the door open.
It's a beautiful house. There is one item that has me puzzled. Why isn't the dishwasher right next to the sink? That would be inconvenient.

It’s beautiful. I do not like the sight line at the entry though. The kitchen is seen before the living room. Otherwise it’s perfect.
Loved the house, just need some little changes. Need a wall oven rather then a regular oven, and the Master bathroom should be a walk in shower. Guest bedroom needs to be a little bigger.
Only one car garage windows are very small laundry room needs table to fold your clothes everything is black gray and white no color looks sad no fresh flowers or plants boring
