I like the plan. I would make minor modifications. Maybe it's how the program is set up and you can't change it but all of the double hung windows are upside down. The upper sash is always on the outside of the lower sash. Any carpenter worth his salt would fix that.
Needs a hand rail going upstairs for safety...and more lighting in the kitchen since there's no windows in there
I really, really like this design except that I hate tubs so the upstairs bathroom would have to be redesigned to accommodate a shower stall.

Indians 🇮🇳 believe in Vastushastra: ancient science for architecture...kitchen: south east...water bodies/bath room: north east...master bedroom: south west...children: north west...concept of vastushastra is related to health...basis of science: five elements of lands; air, water, sun etc...people consider this science a lot as they can not stake their hard earned money again and again
I absolutely really love this place! I really love the wrap around porch, the book shelves in the living area, open shelves in the kitchen. I really love the master suite, the accent wall & I absolutely love the tub upstairs.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
👏👏👍✅💯. Kitchen has ample storage. No long hallways. Only thing is the entrance is missing your famous signature coat storage which can be remedied on the wall next to the front door. Seeing that you got a great big chimney I'd put an additional fireplace on the outside .

Like it overall. Cupboards in the kitchen. No one wants to clean grease and dust off dishes all the time. 2 doors to the porch in the dining ares aren't needed, and wastes wall space. And no toilets next to the LR!!! Yuck!

Great layout downstairs. Because of where you put the stairs, you could replace them with a mini elevator and then the downstairs bedroom could be a combo office guest room if the bed were a Murphy bed. Still no railings on the stairs! And I wonder if you could design one entry with a ramp rather than stairs. Think accessibility. 100%of humans, have been, will be or are disabled. I wish designers would always design for ultimate accessibility. It’s why I like the layout downstairs, and the pocket doors!
Love the molded "garden tub" upstairs.I have one in my home and their fantastic! Jasper would love to see you add the tub in other designs. Much better than a little free standing bathtub. ❤
Could you kindly just show dimensions or approximate square feet in these adorable houses? Just sketchy floor plans would be so helpful as well. I know that would help so many people. If you are a home designer and not an architect, I know you could easily find one to do the blue prints and you could start quite a lucrative venture. So many people are looking for small houses but not TINY houses, per se, that are more like glorified trailers. Thank you for these charming and ingenious small home designs.
Do the listed dimensions include the wraparound porch as well as the house? I ask because some designs I've seen obviously don't. If the land is minimal or a narrow lot, the actual footprint of the entire structure, whether porch/patio area is covered by roofing or not, is absolutely vital. Thanks!

I really like this. Nice and airy. The porch is great for any weather.
I love your designs but the feature of entering the house straight to the living or dining room puts me off. I prefer houses with an entrance hall no matter how small. I love to have a space to hang my coat, leave an umbrella to dry, take off shoes after a long day and put on slippers before entering the other rooms in my house.

It is a very interesting house, and a nice size. I have to wonder why 3 door to outside in the one space, though. The other part I dislike is the entry. There isn't one. Straight in onto the wood floor, nowhere to hang outdoor clothing or to put shoes to dry. I presume it does at least rain where you are. Looking at it, it would most likely work to keep the door as is, but entering into a hall that runs across to connect with the existing corridor. Move the living room into the space occupied by the bedroom, move the bedroom back to the dining area, and the downstairs shower room into the front corner beside the front hall, with a door off the entry. If you wanted, that bath could also have direct access from the downstairs bedroom. Move the eating area into the space now occupied by the downstairs bath.
Your idea is awesome. I'm probably in a climate where there's little rain, so normally my raincoat is left outside. But some of the other designs I have are also suitable for areas with a lot of rain. Your arrangement is also very reasonable for those who do not like open spaces. It gives me more ideas and more variety of layouts. Thank you for watching and commenting, have a great day

Woozers now this one is the best so far. Bookcases on either side of fireplace, kitchen big and roomy. Almost wrap around pouch.bedroom on main floor with lots of storage.big bedroom upstairs with more storage. Lovely bathrooms.

The first floor is wonderful. Good storage in the kitchen! I would get rid of the door in the dining room to allow for a credenza to be put there and to limit the doors to the outside. The back door can access the veranda just as well. I would make the upstairs bedroom a proper Master Suite by making the bathroom an en suite. There is another bathroom downstairs, so there is no need to make that one open. It's amazing to me how you can make such a small house be so functional and cozy!

Love this layout and design and you could add a window in place of that door, by the living room and dining area, love that blue color brick by the fireplace love the upstairs bathroom with the corner tub, love the corner, and the bedroom, with that brick backsplash where the headboard is, love it ♥️♥️♥️♥️
