First Snow & The Last Harvest of 2022- Peppers!!

It’s snowing AGAIN and I’m looking at old footage, stuff that is green haha. I realized I have a ton of garden videos I never uploaded. I'm a mom and get very distracted 😆
Last year I tried to wait til the last min to clean out my gardens to try and extend the season a bit. Our peppers were last to be picked. I got them just in time before they froze. I washed them and put them in the freezer and we've been enjoying them all winter.

First Snow & The Last Harvest of 20322 ...... Like 21 .... Those chicken looks so hungry. I love watching how they deal with their food on the ground. Wow, lots of peppers freshly harvested. I would love to preserve those with diced onions and diced garlic and drown them in a jar with vinegar. It would be a very nice appetizer in every meal. Still Such a lovely weather despite those drizzles of rain ..... Enjoy those nice harvests of peppers in different varieties. Nice sharing and so looking forward for spring .....

I am longing for Spring as I'm tired of snow, but it really is so pretty haha! Love seeing your amazing garden, I would love to do this someday. Nothing like fresh veggies.
