Potato Harvest from Grow Bags & Recipe- Herb Roasted Potatoes 🥔

Today I'm sharing our potato harvest & how we ended up cooking it! If you've been wanting to grow potatoes but don't have enough room in your garden bed remember potatoes grow great in pots or grow bags. If you use a pot, you can drag them to any sunny area in your yard.
I love growing potatoes because it's like Christmas! You wait all season to see what grew! All you do is turn over the pot, give it a little shake, dig a little and you'll get your present. It's so much fun!!

Ingredients you'll need for this recipe: Harvested potatoes ( or baby potatoes from the store ) Garlic, herbs, salt & pepper, and olive oil.
