I am Guyanese and on a minute level been in the forests of the Potaro, Tumatumari/Konwaruk areas but watching this expedition give me a deep sense of joy, pride and humility to see the invincible human spirit determined to bring into my living room here in British Columbia what I would have never imagined possible to find the source of such a majestic River ...from the bottom of my heart and on behalf on many of my countrymen who can only but watch on media. Thank you Thank you Thank you to the entire crew the natives are amazing folks awesome job🙏🏾💯

@@josephnyamai7717 we can't talk in a third person about Nature... it's not natural!... we are part of Nature! we are natural, and we are nature too... we should all look back to our ancient beliefs and cultures where it is clear that! modern trends, cultures, and beliefs are taking us away from the natural, away from our true nature...

My deepest appreciation for these wildlife photographers, for without their great camera work we would never see all these magnificent creatures in aggressive and yet so tender moments. Many thanks, a great documentary 👍. Also a very gifted narrator/ actor! Draws us all in and kept me totally engaged 21:08

I have literally been watching this and programming like it for about 3/4 months straight now!! I absolutely love it!! Zues and Me… I think I’ve watched every animal attacks one’s available.. Then I had to switch over to TikTok to get to some new more gory stuff… I can’t seem to find them on RUclips… But yeah I’m addicted.. Growing up I never watched cartoons, it was either animal planet or the history channel…. And everyone I know is always blown away at my animal/wildlife knowledge… SOOOO AWESOME!!! What a treat!!! And I’m running late because I got caught up yet again!!! Have a lovelyonday😅

@UriahGiles I don't know man. This was an epic adventure, and as much as I love nature, you and I only see what they put on camera. You might be one of those weird nature people who love going into cougar and bear territories, but I don't think most have the stones to endure the elements like these people did.

You’re coming very close to what was going through my mind. Great film indeed. However by taking and gathering information about all of those trees , that bothers me greatly. Digitally mapped, I understand him looking under rocks, did he take any samples? Even samples of water? To what end.? The Arapaima fish looked plentiful, but they’re endangered ! Unscrupulous people will love this film just for the factual content….

What? You didn't hear? Two years after this documentary was finished, Elon Musk worked out a deal with the government down there to build a factory in the nearest city so he could employ all the native tribes he's evicting to strip mine rare Earth elements on their former land, to power the battery in your electric car. Lets all go green, whoop whoop!

The Northern Range of Trinidad (Caribbean Island) is also said to house a likely distinct stripped variety of Golden Tree Frog (Phytotriades auratus). Trinidad is one of the most biologically diverse Caribbean Islands being a microcosm of South America by proximity and geological origin. The sight of Kaiteur is outdone only by the sound of it in full flow! No documentary can fully capture that.
